The Chinese national consumption level of dairy products per capita in 2018 is one.third of the world average.The proportion of low.temperature dairy products has begun to stand out among dairy products while the increase of residents' disposable income and improvement of consumption concepts.Therefore,the domestic dairy enterprises need to optimize and transform the original logistics distribution system to adapt to the storage and logistics of low.temperature dairy products and quality assurance for expanding the low.temperature products.This paper aims to improve the dairy product supply chain network that can adapt to the transportation and warehousing of dairy cold chain logistics,as well as the requirements of product quality.It is helpful for the research on the location of cold chain logistics distribution centers.This paper began at preparation of customer needs analysis.Firstly,investigating the consumers of low.temperature dairy products through a questionnaire survey on the consumer side.Then,made a research to get the obtain market share of low.temperature dairy products.Finally,used the grey forecast model to forecast the future demand of low.temperature dairy products.The results obtained are:(1)low.temperature dairy products are the main consumer demand for dairy products in the future;(2)producers are gradually expanding the channels for low.temperature dairy products(3)the entire low.temperature dairy industry will increase at a higher rapid development in the future.Secondly,this paper compared many model for solving this problem,and finally chooses the CFLP model.It takes the minimum total cost as the objective function.According to the characteristics of cold chain logistics and low.temperature dairy products,factors such as deterioration costs and refrigeration costs are added to the model to optimize the model.Because the effect of different paths on cost is considered in the solution process,the binary method is used to encode the gene sequence,and the model is solved by the binary.coded adaptive cross mutation genetic algorithm.The paper takes K Dairy Co.,Ltd.as an example,used the location of original distributor of the producer as an alternative site.Then elaborated on the preparation and implementation process of the site selection of the cold chain logistics distribution center.Afterwards,applied the improved CFLP model to consider fixed costs,transportation costs,deterioration costs,and refrigeration costs.According to the objective function and constraints,the binary adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve improved CFLP model in this case.
