Aiming at the principle of mirror integrated aperture microwave radiation imaging and the needs of performance verification experiments,this paper analyzes the experimental requirements for microwave heat radiation sources,and designs a constant temperature microwave heat radiation source with adjustable temperature according to the needs.Based on the analysis of the functions and performance requirements of microwave heat radiation sources,a general scheme of temperature-adjustable constant temperature microwave heat radiation sources suitable for mirror comprehensive aperture experiments is proposed.The overall plan gives the realization of microwave heat radiation source,and gives the calculation and simulation of microwave heat radiation performance index,including quantitative analysis of microwave heat radiation source design,establishment of microwave heat radiation source temperature transfer function Simulink simulation of PID parameter tuning.On the hardware,the structural design of the heat radiator is given,the working principle and characteristics of the semiconductor heating / cooling sheet are analyzed,the materials constituting the heat radiator are selected and designed,and the constant temperature controller and the signal acquisition controller are introduced.On the software,the Lab VIEW language is used to realize the microwave heat radiation source temperature adjustment control program,and the two functions of parameter display and parameter setting are realized.According to the PID simulation of the constant temperature control of the microwave heat radiation source,the appropriate parameters are adjusted through the temperature adjustment control program The front panel parameter input control is set to the temperature controller to complete the constant temperature control of the microwave heat radiation source;the integrated design of the signal acquisition control program is completed,and the multiple instrument control programs of the integrated mirror comprehensive aperture experimental system are integrated to provide experimental personnel with instrumental Operation interface.Finally,the function and index test experiments of the microwave heat radiation source were carried out.The experimental results show that the constant temperature control of the microwave heat radiation source achieves a constant temperature control of(-15 ? + 80)? in the indoor environment,and the temperature control accuracy is 0.2 ? The uniformity deviation of the temperature field is(-0.15 ? + 0.18)?,the temperature adjustment control program and signal acquisition control program can run efficiently,and the microwave heat radiation source can meet the experimental requirements of the mirror experiment system and the design requirements of its functions and indicators.
