[Objective] From the perspective of student users,the study constructed an use intention model of the recommender and purchase system of university library,explored and analyzed influencing factors of the user's use intention,and put forward suggestions on how to improve them and enhance the user's use intention based on the analysis results.Through the research the use of recommender and purchase system could be promoted and further play better roles in literature resources construction for university libraries.[Methods] Based on the UTAUT2 model,combined with the theory of innovation diffusion and the theory of perceived risk,and according to the actual situation of the use of a library's recommender and purchase system,the study constructs a structural equation model of the use intention of the library's recommender and purchase system for University user groups,and puts forward 11 research hypotheses to test and analyze.Using the method of questionnaire survey,250 valid questionnaires were designed and collected according to the hypothesis model.Then,SPSS19.0 and AMOS22 were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data,and descriptive analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out.[results] It can be found that:(1)reliability and validity results: the overall reliability of the questionnaire is 0.929,and the reliability of each variable is above 0.7,so the overall reliability is good.In exploratory factor analysis,the value of KMO is 0.910,and Bartlett spherical test coefficient is less than 0.05,which explains the correlation between variables and enables factor analysis.The cumulative interpretation of the principal component is 74.318%,and the load values of each measurement item of the component matrix are greater than 0.5,and there are no two load values higher than 0.5 in the same item,indicating that the structure validity of the questionnaire is good;in the confirmatory factor analysis,AVE values are greater than 0.5,CR values are greater than 0.7,and the polymerization efficiency is good;the square root of each AVE column is greater than the value of the column,so the discrimination validity is good.(2)Structural model results: the goodness of fit indexes are all within the acceptable range.Among the 11 original hypothesis paths,7 paths are confirmed: performance expectation(0.31),social influence(0.40),habit(0.25)have a direct and significant positive impact on user's willingness to use,effort expectation(0.64),personal innovation(0.35)and promotion condition(0.65)have indirect effects on user's willingness to use Significant positive impact,personal innovation(-0.34)has a direct significant negative impact on perceived risk,but perceived risk(-0.08)has no significant impact on willingness to use.[Conclusion] The research results of the study prove the rationality of the hypothesis model,and obtain the factors that affect the user's willingness to use the recommender and purchase system,among which the direct factors are performance expectation,social influence and habit;the indirect factors are effort expectation,personal innovation and promotion conditions,so suggestions are put forward to build an integrated recommender and purchase system,promote the reasonable and efficient recommendation and purchase service,and improve the user's attention and participation.
