In the second half of 2018,the emotional observation reality show rose to prominence in the popularity of idol cultivation reality show,successfully taking over and leading the way.Throughout the TV screens and video sites in 2019,emotional observation reality shows have emerged strongly.While gaining fierce viewing on the TV screen,they have also spread the popularity of the big screen to the small screen,and completed the program topic extension in the social network and interactive platform.Emotional observation reality shows take the form of the first live recording and the second live observer discussion,focusing on love relationships,husband and wife relationships,intergenerational relationships,etc.,as far as possible to exclude script interference,based on the true emotions of the reality show guests.It reflects the hot issues that young people in the society care about.Because it provides the audience with a strong sense of reality and an unprecedented right of speech,it has successfully occupied the media market,triggering a heated discussion among the audience.This paper is use communication psychology as the theoretical framework and analytical method,and takes reality observation programs like emotion observation as the research object.Starting from the mechanism of the audience's psychological system's selection,acceptance and active response to the information transmitted by such programs,to study the inner propagation law and aesthetic value of emotion observation reality TV program.The introduction part of the thesis mainly introduces the background,significance and research methods of the topic selection.In the literature review section,it makes a detailed analysis of the research status of the communication psychology and emotion observation reality show,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following research on the emotion observation reality show with communication psychology perspective.The second chapter of the thesis respectively summarizes the theory of communication psychology and emotion observation reality shows.From the mass audience psychology of TV transmission,this paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the rise and popularity of emotion observation reality shows.In the third chapter of the thesis,the author uses emotion to observe reality TV show information and the audience's psychological system to react to three links ‘ the recipient's psychological system's choice of disseminating information',‘the recipient's psychological system reacts with the disseminating of information',and ‘the recipient's mental system produces mental energy to do work for society' is the main logic of discussion,guided by the specific academic theories of communication and psychology,combined with the current popular emotional observation program cases,to analyze the psychological mechanism and aesthetic value of emotion observation programs deeply;In the last chapter of this paper,the author will examine the existing problems of the emotional observation reality show with a dialectical attitude and examine the future development direction of the program from a development perspective,in order to provide feasible Suggestions for the sustainable and innovative development of such programs.
