As one of the most advanced and most promising technological means, information technology has a role in promoting economic transformation and upgrading. The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the deep integration of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy. At present, although many companies embrace information technology, the results are not significant.Existing research either bypasses enterprise organizations,or treats the organization structure as a black box, ignoring the internal logic that enterprise organizations first face the impact of information technology, and decide and pull each other with informatization. Therefore, analyzing how informatization directly affects organizational reform is the basic condition for understanding the deep integration of information technology and entities. In this paper,we use micro-data to consider enterprise internal authorization as an important feature of organizational change, and directly verifies the impact of informatization on organizational authorization from the two dimensions of senior management and grassroots management within management. The study found that informatization inhibits the power of executives, promotes decentralization of grassroots management, and induces companies to delegate authority downward. It means that the informatization has a stronger decentralization effect by alleviating organizational agency costs than a centralized effect of reducing information costs, and ultimately decentralization leads the direction of enterprise organizational reform.Further, this article distinguishes companies that are unique to China, appointed by the government,or face more policy burdens, and finds that excessive government intervention reduces the flexibility of the enterprise,It is not conducive to enterprises to deal with the impact of informatization and hinders the spontaneous authorization adjustment and organizational reform of enterprises. Finally, the article verifies the specific information matching mechanism that affects the organization's authorization from the aspects of coping with uncertain environment, optimizing job teamwork and improving the ability to identify senior executives, and provides richer direct evidence for Hayek's "power allocation and specific information and knowledge matching",and also provides guidance for companies to achieve deep integration by improving the degree of information matching between the informatization and the real economy.
