At present,most The rapid development of the Internet has brought unprecedented challenges to the traditional reading methods of paper books and periodicals.As the digital and intelligent era of the interconnection of all things has grown up,people have become increasingly dependent on the network and digital devices,so only through the network and digital devices Being able to acquire sufficient knowledge is the development requirement of contemporary society.For the books and documents retained in the early stage,if you want to read these precious books and materials on the network and electronic equipment,you must collect the original book image information through the book scanning equipment and subsequent computer storage and processing.However,the workload of paper book scanning is huge,and the traditional manual page-turning flatbed scanner is difficult to meet the actual needs.Therefore,we urgently need a book scanning device that can automatically perform image scanning,processing,and storage in batches.This article mainly studies the design and implementation of a fully automatic page-turning book scanner,including the design of the overall hardware structure of the book scanner,the specific design and implementation of the scanner page turning control,the analysis and processing of the image collected by the scanner and The design of the overall control management software of the scanner.The implementation of the automatic page turning function of the book scanner depends on the design of the hardware system,including the design of the "V"-shaped book carrying platform of the scanner,the fixed structure of the liftable books and periodicals,and the design of the mechanical device for simulating the manual page turning control.The scanner uses a computer and stepper The communication control of the motor drives the various hardware components to realize the automatic page turning function of the simulated human hand,and the success rate of automatic page turning is ensured by means of book fixing,page rubbing device,and book page limitation.This design selects the USB3.0 high-definition camera module as the image acquisition component of the scanner,and completes the calibration and correction of the camera lens distortion.The scanner user interface program based on Qt is developed and designed to implement the scanner drive control image acquisition and Real-time display of the scanned image,and embedded and based on the Open CV image processing program in the scanner user program to correct the noise pollution and image distortion of the scanned image.For the image processing part,the causes of the noise,tilt distortion and bending distortion of the scanned image are first studied,and the image preprocessing algorithm,linear distortion correction algorithm and nonlinear distortion correction algorithm are analyzed in depth.The correction algorithm is selected according to the actual situation of the scanner and the scanned books,and the median filter method is used to reduce the noise and smooth processing of the scanned image;the Hough transform is used to detect the tilt distortion angle of the image and the rotation is corrected;the quarter arc method is used Realize the fitting of the bending curve of the book page image,and establish a geometric correction model to complete the correction of the nonlinear distortion of the scanned image.
