Safety regulations are the requirements for product safety in product certification.Recently,more and more are widely used in the electronics production industry.The measurement range includes: high voltage test,insulation performance test,ground continuity test,leakage current test,capacitor discharge test,circuit stability test,power test,temperature and humidity test,torque test,battery charge and discharge test and so on.Its products are mainly used in electronics manufacturing,and there are also some scientific research units and teaching institutions.The design and development of this system rely on the Sibelos OPS Center of Siemens.The record format adopted by the company's current electronic safety testing process is usually a manual record or an EXCEL record.The summary results that are ultimately presented to the leaders are often in PDF format after EXCEL integration.Because the devices produced by various departments are different,and the safety standards are also very different,this has caused a "recording time-consuming,difficult integration" situation.Not only does it greatly limit the work efficiency of workers on the production line,but it also increases the workload of later integration,and it is impossible to analyze and compare the test results effectively.Therefore,the center needs to develop a test analysis system to solve the above problems.The system design is divided into pipeline terminal application and visualization service application.The former is a desktop application,which realizes the function of pipeline workers processing work orders and testing.The latter is a web application,which realizes the function of leaders extracting data from the database and analyzing data in the visualization page.The thesis focuses on the concept and architecture of the objectoriented unified modeling language(UML),determines the modeling process and modeling tools,and uses UML to establish models such as system functions.The database design is completed using Microsoft SQL Server 2000.Using PyQt to complete the UI design of the client interface,using the Flask framework to complete the design of the visual part,using Pycharm to develop in Python.
