With the development of the new knowledge economy,e-commerce has gradually occupied the mainstream business model.A new business model,the O2O(Online To Offline,online to offline collaboration model)model,has entered the public eye,and people's consumption habits are gradually changing.The traditional marketing model of the studio industry can no longer meet the diverse needs of customers.This brings challenges to the development of traditional photo studios as well as opportunities.The combination of the photo studio industry and the Internet-thought e-commerce O2 O becomes inevitable.Based on the analysis of the current status of the studio management and existing problems,this paper designs a studio management system under the background of O2 O based on the actual business process of the studio,and integrates the online to offline consumption model(ie,online payment purchase line Under the shooting service,and then enjoy the service offline).Because the process in the traditional photography industry relies heavily on humans,that is,the file transfer between processes and processes relies on manual turnover of folders,and relies on instant messaging tools to notify each other of progress;file transmission is limited by personnel and office environment;and photo transmission utilization is low,leading to too long film transmission time.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs a web-based O2 O solution to solve the problems of low efficiency of the information management of the photo studio and cumbersome film transfer process.This system is mainly composed of We Chat applet client,employee service client,management client and background server.The main functional module requirements of the system include order management module,commodity management module,user management module,repair management module and service management module.This article selects seven functions from the above modules: user management,commodity management,order payment,scheduling management,film transmission management,film selection management and film editing management,which are discussed as the key functions of this system.In the process of system design and implementation,this article has designed the above core functions in detail while focusing on the design and implementation of the film transfer management function.Among them,the film transfer management is to network the camera through the camera IOT component to achieve photos from Real-time automatic transmission from the camera to the server to improve the efficiency of photo transfer.After testing and trial operation of the system,this system can provide great convenience for customers,studios and their managers,while improving the overall operating efficiency of the studio.
