With the rapid development of the industrial field,industrial control networks have higher and higher requirements for the real-time,reliability and certainty of network communications.Traditional Ethernet has been unable to meet the needs of services such as spaceflight tracking telemetry and control,network security,and vital signs monitoring for network real-time and reliability.Compared with traditional Ethernet,Time Deterministic Network has the advantages of high reliability,security,and real-time,which can meet the needs of large data transmission of safety-critical systems such as aviation,aerospace,and rail transit.Time-Triggered Ethernet,as a time-deterministic network technology,introduces time-triggered mechanism,clock synchronization mechanism,and fault-tolerance mechanism,and is compatible with traditional Ethernet technology.It has been favored by the industry for its unique advantages and become a research hotspot in the current industry.Based on systematic research and analysis of time-deterministic network application scenarios,technical requirements,design ideas and main mechanisms,new scheduling algorithms are proposed according to different application scenarios.In order to test and verify the designed mechanism,a test simulation environment is built.A new scheduling table generation software is designed to implement the proposed scheduling algorithms.And use it in the actual network to verify its availability.This paper first systematically studies the application scenarios,technical requirements,and design ideas of time-deterministic network,and clarifies the research significance of Time Deterministic Network scheduling algorithms.The characteristics and protocol principles of Time-Triggered Ethernet are studied in depth,including network topology relationships,device functions,and the key technical mechanism of Time-Triggered Ethernet.Then,two solutions are designed for application scenarios of Time Deterministic Network,which are strict periodic scheduling and non-strict periodic scheduling.Existing Time Deterministic Network scheduling algorithms only consider the transmission of TT services within a single matrix period during scheduling,resulting in problems of low channel utilization and inflexible service scheduling.Aiming at this problem,a multi-matrix periodic joint scheduling solution is proposed.By combining multi-matrix periodic joint scheduling with strict periodic scheduling and non-strict periodic scheduling,two Time Deterministic Network scheduling algorithms are proposed,which are the strict periodic scheduling algorithm based on multi-matrix periodic joint scheduling and the non-strict periodic scheduling algorithm based on multi-matrix periodic joint scheduling.The design idea and design mechanism of the two algorithms are introduced in detail.The advantages and disadvantages and applicable scenarios of the two scheduling algorithms are described.Finally,the time schedule table generation software is designed and implemented,and a simulation test environment suitable for Time Deterministic Network is built.The correctness and effectiveness of the two scheduling algorithms are evaluated in detail.In the simulation test,the two scheduling algorithms proposed in the paper are compared with the scheduling algorithms used by the research group before.The results show that the scheduling algorithms proposed in this paper is not only applicable to a variety of business scenarios,but also can guarantee the small end-to-end delay of real-time services.It can be seen that the scheduling algorithms proposed in this paper can better meet the needs of safety-critical systems,and the schedule table generation software designed can be directly applied to actual engineering,which is of positive significance to promote the theoretical research and independent research and development of key technologies and products of Time Deterministic Network.
