With the rapid development of "digital" technology today,many agencies and enterprises have built their own information systems to process various internal information in order to improve office efficiency.However,with the establishment of various information systems,they have also improved office efficiency at the same time.Brings many problems.First of all,some of the information processed by agencies and enterprises is not suitable for disclosure,but most of the information processing and storage are carried out on third-party servers,and the plain text is stored on untrusted third-party platforms,which poses huge security risks;Due to the different systems used,different software and hardware,etc.,a large amount of heterogeneous data is generated.These heterogeneous data cannot be accessed and shared friendly,forming an "information island".How to safely share these valuable information has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the above problems,this article takes the traditional file management system currently used by government agencies as the background,based on the classic data conversion module and ciphertext retrieval technology,and designs a solution model for data security sharing and ciphertext retrieval in a cloud computing environment.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1.Introduce the data conversion module into the retrieval plan,and design a data security sharing and ciphertext retrieval plan that combines data conversion technology and ciphertext retrieval technology to make up for the shortcomings that users cannot share data after retrieval;2.Analyze the advantages of XML technology,select the scalable and flexible XML technology as a medium,and design a data conversion model based on the combination of classic data conversion architecture middleware and ETL architecture;3.Considering the current situation of data classification and storage,the TF-IDF algorithm is optimized,and the chi-square check algorithm is combined to solve the conflict of the classification of the text library in the IDF definition;4.In order to enable users to obtain information sorted according to the degree of relevance and to ensure data security during transmission,an order-preserving encryption algorithm is added to the plan;5.By constructing a private cloud platform to simulate the operating platform of the system,conduct security analysis and relevant performance evaluation of the designed scheme.This solution can meet the information sharing and retrieval needs of organs and enterprises for document,office,and affair.Information-related content and search keywords will not be leaked.The index is also hidden from third-party servers,and the solution is improving The retrieval efficiency ensures the safety of data transmission and achieves the goal of lower communication overhead.From the evaluation results,the XML-based data sharing and encrypted transmission solution proposed in this solution has better performance in terms of functionality,security,communication overhead,and operating speed compared to other ciphertext retrieval solutions.
