The fast-growing Internet provides sufficient room for online education,and the popularity of mobile Internet has promoted the prosperity of mobile education.A large number of online course APPs have emerged in recent years.The online course app is a novel online education product that saves users time and cost,and makes the class a thing that can be done anytime,anywhere.It has been highly respected and loved by many users.More and more Internet companies,education and training companies,publishing houses,and universities are aiming at this opportunity to launch a variety of online course APP products.The purpose of this study is to study online course APPs by taking college students as an example.Summarize the influencing factors of user satisfaction and analyze their effects on different user satisfaction.This research hopes to provide the industry with reference experience in APP design and development,and at the same time improve the research on online learning user satisfaction.This research mainly includes the following five parts of research content.The first part is an introduction.Firstly,it describes the background of the development of online education and mobile learning,and then points out the purpose,significance and research content of this research.In the theoretical content section,this chapter reviews related research at home and abroad,including online learning connotation,online learning satisfaction content,online course satisfaction research,and mobile APP research.A comprehensive literature review is presented here.The second part is the basic theory and concept,mainly focusing on the basic theory and research methods supported by this research.First,it describes the concept,elements and types of online courses,and analyzes the unique characteristics of APP-based online courses.Secondly,the basic theory related to this research--SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model,technology acceptance model and related online learning quality evaluation standards are introduced,and the feasibility of this research is expounded.Introduced the Kano model,which is one of the main research methods in this paper.By combing the development history of Kano model and its application in academic research,it is confirmed that it is feasible to use in this study.The fourth part is to analyze the influencing factors with the Kano model.In this chapter,based on the framework of the satisfaction influence factors proposed above,the Kano questionnaire was produced and distributed,and the questionnaire data was processed by Kano two-dimensional matrix analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis.Finally,the attributes of 7 dimensions and 25 influencing factors are classified.The effects of different attributes on the satisfaction of online course APP users are discussed.The corresponding APP improvement suggestions are put forward.The fifth part summarizes the research,discusses the limitations and shortcomings of the text,and looks forward to the follow-up research direction and research content related to the online course APP.I hope that through the analysis of this research,we can provide the industry with reference experience in online course APP design and development.At the same time,I hope to improve the user satisfaction research in online education and mobile learning.
