In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of emergencies,how to deal with emergencies properly has attrated more and more attention of the government and other organizations.For the reason of emergencies always have a enormous losses,and a lot of resources should be scheduled to protect the safety of personal and property in short time to prevent the further deterioration of emergencies.The resource planning of emergency tasks is to meet the resource scheduling requirements of emergencies.Firstly,this paper need to decompose the emergency task to achieve rapid resource discovery,planning and matching.Then,should to resolve resource conflicts and generate the resouce protection plan.To satisfy these objectives,our research and related works are as follows:1.Extend the resource ontology language OWL-S,and separate the resources and its type.Build a resource management architecture to manage and register resources.2.Research on resource planning for emergency tasks,and decompose the task with HTN planning engine to generate a task network which is composed of resource type..3.Based on the Multidimensional Dynamic List Scheduling(MDLS)algorithm,achieve rapid resource discovery,planning and matching,and geneate a resouce protection plan4.Study the resource conflict resolving algorithm which is based on consultation and arbi-tration to resolve resource conflict.5.On the basis of above research,design the prototype system of reousece planning for emergencies,and verify the system with the secnario of embankment rescue task.
