Image measurement technology has the advantages of non-contact,high efficiency and high resolution when measuring complex 2D profiles,and is widely used in the field of quality detection during production process.As a visual measurement technology,image measurement inevitably has contradiction between measurement scene and measurement accuracy: that is,when the scene of camera is large,the camera cannot get the high-resolution image of the measured object,which affects the measurement accuracy;when the scene of camera is small,the camera can ensure the measurement accuracy,but cannot get a complete image of the larger object.In view of this contradiction,it is of great significance and practical application value to realize the full contour image measurement through divisional image and image mosaic.Divisional image technology is one of the techniques to realize highresolution and large-scene measurement.Complex contour measurement system based on divisional image he acquires divisional image of measured object,generating a complete image by image mosaic technology,extracting complete contour technology through the image processing of the measured object.By studying the principle and composition of the complex contour measurement system based on the partition image,the general software and hardware structure of the system and the general function definition in the software module are given.Through studying on complex contour measurement technology based on divisional image,the general components of the hardware and software structure of the system and the general function of the definition of software module were given,which could provide a reference for the future research and development system.The key image processing techniques involved in the complex contour measurement based on the divisional image were studied in this paper.The basic process of image stitching algorithm was summarized,and the stitching algorithm based on phase correlation was studied,which was extended to sub-pixel accuracy by combining with zero padding resample technique.Image morphological operation and threshold segmentation were studied,both of which were used to realize image preprocessing.The edge detection operators were studied,and the operator effect is evaluated from two aspects of continuity and authenticity.Finally,the operators were extended to sub-pixel accuracy based on B spline fitting function.Based on the mathematical model of telocentric optical imaging system,the camera calibration technology was studied.The projection relation between 3D object and 2D image and the mathematical description of lens distortion correction were studied.Besides,the calibration scheme and implementation process based on circular mark calibration board were designed.In this paper,the research achievements on the complex contour measurement technology based on divisional image was applied to spline measurement,through a combination of optical imaging system and the three axis displacement mechanism,which realized the multi parameter automatic measurement of spline and solved the problem of inefficient traditional measurement.At the same time,focusing on the problem existing in the traditional method,which cannot guarantee the machining accuracy of ring groove on slip ring,the optical probe was integrated into the CNC lathe to realize measurement based on divisional image,and G code,which could realize automatic processing,was created by using the results of measurement.The traditional manual processing mode was successfully replaced by the automatic processing.
