For a long time,when it comes to the utilization of space resources,it will cause problems such as difficulty in project landing and low approval efficiency due to the inconsistency of land use classification,standards,coordinate system and departmental functions.In order to completely solve the existing various types of planning contradictions,realize the decentralization of power,and improve the level of decision-making,the state has proposed"multi-regulation.""Multi-regulation" integrates multiple plans(urban-rural planning,land-use planning,eco-environmental protection planning,etc.)into one region,and builds a unified government service system,builds a data center,and forms a unified set of approvals.The process and the establishment of a set of safeguard mechanisms to achieve a city and county planning,a blueprint,to solve the existing problems of various types of planning self-contained system,content conflicts.This paper expounds the design of Zhenjiang's "multi-integration"information platform.The "multi-integration" information platform is based on the ADS(Augur Development Support)development platform,and uses SOA technology to design different applications and services for planning management.It is encapsulated and presented in different forms(including C/S,WEB,mobile).It adopts B/S as the main,B/S and C/S hybrid interface mode;integrates the integrated technology of OA,MIS and GIS;adopts WebService technology and realizes integration based on ESB(Enterprise Service Bus)service bus.In addition,this paper elaborates on the design and implementation of the auxiliary decision-making subsystem in the platform.It is an important part of the multi-integration platform.The users are faced with development,natural resources,planning,construction,environmental protection,etc.Users who are approved for construction projects provide decision support for approval.The spatial detection of auxiliary decision-making includes four main functions:auxiliary location selection,control line detection,project compliance detection,and planning special statistics.Auxiliary site selection can quickly select available land parcels through platform selection,thus speeding up the project landing.Control line detection can quickly detect whether the project site is covered by various control lines.Project compliance testing can expose the project landing process in advance.The problems and contradictions encountered,and the planning of thematic statistics on the different nature of the plots in the region to provide an effective analysis basis for project decisions.The auxiliary decision-making system has changed the way of conforming to the land by manual identification,which makes the process more convenient and efficient,thus assisting the departments to quickly and scientifically complete the relevant approval tasks in the process of project approval.
