The main task of the research is taking the bagging process of new micro inductance components in the manufacturing process as the research object.The process is to fill the semi-finished product component with initial sensing after winding in the mold cavity of hot-pressing mold for hot press molding.The gap between the product and internal wall of mold cavity is small and the quantity of mold cavity is big,so it requires highly of the filling accuracy and speed.The research finds that there are various industrial picking-placing filling devices,but both robotic manipulator with six degrees of freedom or four degrees of freedom,and rectangular coordinate robot are inapplicable to microelectronic production owing to big body type,or unable to be sued for the bagging production of micro inductance product below 3mm directly,resulting from slow speed and low accuracy owing to too large movement range.In 2012,the bagging work experienced from manual work,semi-automatic bagging machine to automatic bagging.In 2013,several domestic Taiwan-financed enterprises developed bagging machine running in an automatic way,called Generation 1 Machine,but the working time 3s/pcs and bagging percent of pass that is 90% cannot meet the current requirement of big-scale and low-cost production any more.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a new generation of high-speed and high-accuracy bagging machine.In the specific process background of micro inductance product production,this paper,with the product bagging speed and accuracy of production department as the target,combines the problems improvement conducted and experiences accumulated in the production and use of Generation 1 non-normalized automatic bagging machine according to the current situation and research achievement of domestic and foreign picking-placing or bagging device,analyzes the movement process again and determines the paralleled thinking with the simultaneous movement of multi-station mechanism as the basic design scheme of disc type bagging machine with high-speed bagging and high reliability.The task takes the index motor as the main architecture of drive disc and realizes simultaneous working of eight working stations.It takes index motor as the main control object of control system and utilizes PLC and index motor controller for signal interactive communication.It selects the model of each major electrical control component,writes PLC and human-machine control program and utilizes human-machine interface to realize parameter setting and production data statistics.The paper studies specific vacuum system and suction nozzle to stabilize adsorption and improve the life span of suction nozzle.At last,it realizes the bagging speed of 0.5s/pcs at fastest.It completes new disc type high-speed bagging machine prototyping testing and makes successes.So far,horizontal unfolding cabinet has been promoted and application and the actual running has shown the efficiency advantage and reliability.
