Because of the ferocious market competition enterprises need to shorten the new product development cycle.But the new product trial cycle is always long,so it is necessary and important to solve the problem of shorten trial cycle.This paper aims at the product-set trial production scheduling problem.A scheduling model with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time is established,it adds an assembly constraint to realize kitting.Then the improved intelligent water drop algorithm was used to solve the model.All the work improves the stability of the production plan of the trial production workshop.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The background and research status of the product-set trial are summarized.The scheduling algorithms which are used often are compared and choose the right one.The significance and purpose of this thesis are explained.(2)The model of integrated scheduling of new products is established.By adding the assembly constrain upon equipment constrain,the concept of kitting is applied to the scheduling problem.This model aims at the minimizing the make-pan.Trial production and batch production have conflicts on some key resources.So this paper put forward resource conflict resolution rule that constrain conflict detection,conflict avoidance,conflict analysis and conflict resolution to solve the conflict.(3)In order to improve the convergence rate of this algorithm based on the global search ability,this paper elite strategy and iterated local search to intelligent water drop algorithm.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the scheduling model,the corresponding coding rules and decoding methods are proposed.(4)Analysis and evaluate the factors that may occur in the actual production,then set the rescheduling policy for different case of disturbance.Puts forward the evaluation index of rescheduling and measure the rescheduling.(5)Take an enterprise as an example,use the Matlab program to solve the model.The result approves the pre-scheduling and the re-scheduling model that based on improved intelligent water drop algorithm are effective.Also,the result shows the validity of the proposed algorithm in the class of this problem.The research shows that the scheduling model can be well used in the trial production workshop effectively and the improved intelligent water drop algorithm has good application value to the scheduling problem.
