As people demand for high quality,diversity of textile,study the air-jet loom with high speed,high precision,and can automatically adjust the fabric weave has become the dominant of textile industry development.And the main mechanism of air-jet loom is shedding mechanism,its performance determines the running speed of the loom,production efficiency and the quality of fabric and fabric weave.Most domestic air-jet looms use traditional conjugate cam shedding mechanisms,this looms exist many disadvantages,such as low speed,poor precision and the changing of fabric weave need to change the cam.Although country develop the research of shedding mechanism,but the research at the foundation stage at present,the electronic shedding mechanisms still need to import,therefore developed the electronic shedding mechanism with independent intellectual property rights is very important.This topic in light of the shortcomings of the traditional shedding mechanism,using the combination of hydraulic servo control technology and computer technology to control the motion of heald frame,thus to replace the traditional cam.The electro-hydraulic shedding mechanism due to adopt the method of the electro-hydraulic servo control,so improving the response speed and control precision of the shedding motion,and setting up the shedding motion parameters by computer software,realizes the full automatic control.The core of topic is based on the motion control of servo cylinder,and design a complete set of electro-hydraulic shedding mechanism,including mechanical structure,hydraulic system,control system and system software design.First of all,according to the traditional shedding mechanism,design the reasonable connection of the mechanical structure with hydraulic system,and it has displacement amplification effect for sports.Secondly,according to the design of the hydraulic system principle diagram,confirming the major of hydraulic components,and to establish its mathematical model,analyzing the stability of the hydraulic system with Matlab/simulink.Then,the topic has the selection of main electric components of control system,designs hardware circuit diagram,and optimizes the control algorithm.Finally,according to the functions of the control system,the topic programs the PAC with Twin CAT and programs the PC interface with Lab VIEW,and uses the TCP/IP ADS on the communication protocol for communication between PAC and PC.Through the prototype test,which indicates that this set of electric hydraulic shedding mechanism achieves 10 hz frequency,the system can run smoothly.All shedding motion parameters can be set up by PC,and this shedding mechanism realizes the full automation control.Figure 50,table 10,56 references.
