The model of Chinese physical education curriculum is put forward in view of the continuous decline of Chinese teenagers' physical health level and the specific problems in physical education curriculum in recent 30 years.In this study,150 students from Urumqi Bayi Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects,and 7 physical education teachers and teaching and research staff in Urumqi were selected as the investigation subjects.The general teaching mode and the Chinese physical education curriculum mode were adopted as the main means.150 students from the experimental group and the control group were respectively carried out teaching experiments.Its main research content for the health of teachers and students of Chinese physical education curriculum mode of cognitive situation,the impact on the physical health of students including(body shape,physical quality,body function),basketball basic technology,basic tactics and mode for the development of sports teaching in xinjiang for the influence factors of several aspects,such as for research.This paper explores the effect of China's healthy physical education curriculum mode in high school basketball special class,makes a comparative analysis,and draws the following conclusions:The results showed that:(1)Most of the teachers understood and recognized the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model,and most of the teachers recognized the classroom atmosphere relatively high.Before the experiment,the students in the experimental group had a low cognition of the model,but after a semester of teaching experiment,they had a high cognition of the model.(2)Neither the Chinese physical education course model nor the general teaching model has a significant effect on the improvement of students' body shape.In terms of physical fitness,the Chinese physical education course model has significantly improved the speed,endurance,strength and flexibility of the students compared with before the experiment,and the degree of improvement difference is better than that of the students in the ordinary teaching mode.In terms of physical function,the lung capacity of students in the Chinese physical education course model was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment,and the degree of improvement was significantly higher than that of students in the ordinary teaching mode.(3)The students' basketball dribbling,shooting,layup and comprehensive skills under the Chinese health PE course model were significantly improved before the experiment,and the degree of improvement was significantly better than that of the students in the ordinary teaching mode.After the experiment,the students' score in the actual combat using pick-and-roll cooperation,cross cutting cooperation,running without the ball cooperation and comprehensive attack and defense tactics shows that there is a significant difference between the Chinese physical education curriculum mode and the general teaching mode.(4)There are two factors that affect the development and implementation of the curriculum model of healthy physical education in China: subjective factors,the education concept of physical education teachers needs to be updated,the curriculum model lacks the connection with the goal orientation of front-line teachers,and the teachers lack of systematic training.Objective factors are mainly caused by lack of venue equipment,lack of teachers,lack of systematic training for teachers,relatively difficult operation,lack of sports projects and teachers' opinion that the operation of the curriculum model is difficult.
