Cultural festival-celebrating activities are an important manifestation of national traditional culture.Organizing and developing cultural festival-celebrating activities among young people in middle school campuses is not only the need to promote the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,but also the need to carry out patriotic education and socialist core values.How to carry out cultural festival-celebrating activities more efficiently through the more reasonable organization and management in the middle school campus with teaching as its main business,give full play to its functions,and realize its value is a question worthy of our discussion.This article takes school A as an example.According to the two types of regular cultural festival-celebrating activities and temporary cultural festival-celebrating activities,take two actual festival cultural activities such as "our festival" and "first lesson of school" as examples for details.Research,comprehensively using research methods such as data method,observation method,interview method,field research method,etc.,by analyzing and comparing the different requirements of different types of cultural festival-celebrating activities on organizational management,different processes,and different problems in the implementation process Form solutions separately.Regular cultural festival-celebrating activities follow previous work experience,have sufficient preparation time,and go through four stages of rigorous structure: the start-up phase,the planning phase,the implementation and control phase,and the closing phase.These four stages are independent of each other and are interrelated and mutually restrictive,forming a whole picture.Functional organizational chart and Gantt chart are used in the process of carrying out regular cultural festival-celebrating activities to ensure the smooth completion of activities.Temporary festival-celebrating activities occur flexibly.They are often time-constrained and demanding.There is not much time to carefully discuss the work plan.It has two characteristics in organization and management.One is to grasp the key points and directly address the key issues.The other is to use external forces to accomplish the mission.In the process of carrying out temporary festivalcelebrating activities,a multi-type organizational chart and a "5W + HOW" system table can be used to prioritize activities under pressure and efficiency.This paper makes a deep and practical reflection on how to carry out school cultural festivalcelebrating activities.According to the types of cultural festival-celebrating activities,different organizational and managerial ideas and methods should be adopted reasonably.For the regular cultural festival-celebrating activities,establishing long-term mechanism,forming work system and strictly keeping the schedules are highlighted.For temporary cultural festival-celebrating activities,this paper suggests that schools should cooperate with the professional teams,train the professional team well,control and manage the team well.At the same time,attention should be paid to the cultural integration among different countries,nationalities and disciplines,giving full play to the function of cultural festival-celebrating activities in cultivating students' quality and shaping their quality,and striving to achieve the common growth of teachers and students,so that the cultural value and educational value of cultural festival-celebrating activities can be genuinely realized.Through deep reflection on the cultural festival-celebrating activities of school A,comparing the differences between the two kinds of organizational management thinking,it can be found that the organizational management thinking of regular cultural festival-celebrating activities has the characteristics of habit,stability and simplicity,which is mindset,goal short and emotional in the work.The thinking of organization and management of temporary cultural festival-celebrating activities has the characteristics of innovation,complexity and opportunity,which shows uncertainty and lack of information in the work.However,the relationship between them is unity of opposites and complementation,principle and flexibility.In the aspect of value,the article deeply explores its educational value and cultural value.In practice,cultural festival-celebrating activities focus on the cultural integration of different countries,nationalities and disciplines,give full play to the function of cultural festival-celebrating activities in middle school to cultivate students' quality and shape their quality,and strive to achieve the common growth of teachers and students.The conclusion and suggestions are given at the end of the article.The project management of festival-celebrating activities is an inevitable requirement for the reform of the management of middle school students' activities in China;it is necessary to build a unique knowledge system based on reality.It is important that one fully understand the significance of project management of festival-celebrating activities in middle schools,strengthen related theoretical research and practical application,strengthen staff training,improve organizational management skills,and vigorously promote the project management of festival-celebrating activities in middle schools.
