A Study On The Improvement Of Home-school Cooperation Based On The Investigation Of The Status Quo Of Family Parenting Styles Of Migrant Children

Family education is the first stop of children's growth.As a relatively special family,there is a general lack and imperfection of family education.Under the background of people's satisfaction education in the new era,the disadvantage of family education for children of migrant workers affects the fairness of education to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research and exploration on family education and family school cooperation of migrant children,so as to improve the quality of family education of migrant children and ensure the fairness and justice of education.Based on the sample of Y primary school in Jimo District,this paper investigates and analyzes the parenting style and family school cooperation style through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.Combined with teaching practice,this paper analyzes the following problems and reasons: firstly,most of the families with children are migrant workers,and their parents' quality level and education energy are limited,The concept of family education is backward,the awareness of participating in school activities is not strong,only focus on learning.Secondly,parents and schools have insufficient understanding of home school cooperation,weak awareness of home school cooperation and no good communication mode,which makes home school cooperation in a single form and ineffective state for a long time.In view of the above problems,through continuous teaching practice and referring to the research results at home and abroad,the following countermeasures are summarized: first,improve the home school cooperation mechanism,establish the home Committee,and form a good communication mode;Second,innovate the form of home school cooperation,establish "parent school",make effective use of network platform,and strengthen home school communication;Third,enhance the sense of cooperation,strengthen the training of parents and teachers,improve the initiative and participation of both sides,and establish the evaluation mechanism.
