Driven by both policy encouragement and social demand,social work has obtained good development opportunities in our country.However,in the course of practice,social workers are still subject to many restrictions,failing to give full play to their professional value.Social workers have formed different practical tendencies in this process,and gradually constructed their own professional habitus.Based on this,this article takes Bourdieu's field theory as a perspective,based on the two-way construction of the relationship between field and habitus,divided into the school field and the work field,through the analysis of the current situation of the field and the combing of the relationship network between the actors in the field,the gradual construction of the professional habitus of social workers in the two fields is studied.The content of the article can be divided into three parts: The first part includes introduction and research design.In the introduction part of the first chapter,after clarifying the background of the topic and the research significance,it summarizes the theoretical knowledge used in this article,and at the same time summarizes the research of scholars on the professional habitus of social workers in my country.It is found that the existing research on social worker habituation mostly analyzes the practice of social workers under the “field”,taking professional habituation as one of the reasons that affect practice;less research involving social worker's professional habituation itself.The second chapter research design introduces the research ideas,selection of research objects and research methods of this article.The second part is the main content of the article,which is based on the interview data to analyze the gradual construction of the social work professional habitus in the school field and the work field,including the third and fourth chapters of the article.Chapter three,in the school field,the degree of government support and the degree of importance of the school will affect the development status of the social work profession and the quality of teaching.Social workers have obtained their most competitive capital through professional learning,that is,professional knowledge and abilities.Corresponding professional values and practice methods are also formed in the learning process.The setting of teachers' teaching bias,professional connotation and value,and personal character factors affect the formation of social work behavior in the school field.Chapter four,in the field of work,the status quo of the field that social workers face when they first enter the field is the relatively fixed practice rules and behavior styles that social work organizations have formed.However,social workers themselves lack the discourse power and lack support in all aspects.Therefore,there are many restrictions in the process of interacting with different subjects,but we can also see the efforts and struggles of social workers.Through analysis and induction,it is concluded that the professional habitus of social workers in the work field are at three levels: attitude level,practical level and emotional level.In the work field,The third part is the fifth chapter,related measures to promote the good construction of professional habitus of social workers,which analyzes the four levels of professional education,the positioning and popularization of professional roles,the support and authorization of the practical process,and the personal attitude of social workers.Provide ideas for the formation of professional habitus of social workers.Finally,the sixth chapter summarizes and reflects that the construction of professional habits of social workers experienced three stages: the restructuring of professional concepts at the beginning of the field,the field struggle in the practical process,and the internalization of habituation in the gradual adaptation to the field.The professional habitus of social workers have been improved and stabilized.At the same time,it summarizes the content of the article,analyzes the shortcomings of this research,and puts forward a research outlook.
