The rapid development of economy promoted the development of rural education,which contributes to more good policies to the countryside education from the government.But there are still problems in rural education.Though Tuition-free Normal Policy has been taken,leading to many teachers working in the countryside,the losing of Tuition-free normal teachers is still serious on the effect of the environment.The shortage of good teachers has become a really serious problem in rural schools.Therefor,this study which based on the career status of the Tuition-free normal teachers has significant meaning to the promotion of the development of Tuition-free normal teachers.Based on the system of Tuition-free normal teachers in Changde,and on the guidance of demand and supply theory and stakeholder theory,the research contents had been pointed out.And then,the author used questionnaire method,distributes 150 questionnaires to tuition-free normal teachers graduated from 2017 to 2018.After the analysis of the 135 effective questionnaires,the teaching status of the normal graduates from Changde is positive and it has it's own characteristics.And the author has analyzed the result from four aspects,which are the quality of teaching,knowing level of the policy,the evaluation of the policy and the self-assessment in teaching.The author found that there are still problems in Tuition-free normal teachers in Changde: the administrative service is not enough,the career development of the normal teachers is limited and the work satisfaction should be improved.And finally,the author puts forward four recommendations: the teacher themselves should adjust psychology and improve their strength;college should change the cultivating model to improve supply and demand;school should strong social responsibility and improve employers' effectiveness;the government should improve policy mechanisms to enhance service capacity.
