Speech ability is one of the basic qualities that modern citizens must have.The state attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' speech ability,and the "Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards" putforward clear requirements for the speech ability of primary and secondary school students.In 2016,the Ministry's edited chinese textbooks for junior high school language series included speech texts into a unit,clearly proposing the teaching tasks of cultivating the speech ability of junior high school students,fully reflecting the importance and necessity of speech speech teaching.Strengthening the teaching of speech and speech for junior high school students can not only improve the speech ability of junior high school students,but also comprehensively cultivate the listening and writing ability of junior high school students,and lay the foundation for the lifelong development of junior high school students.However,in the middle school language teaching stage,speech speech teaching is not paid much attention to,teachers "teaching" and students "learning" there are still many problems.Teachers are inaccurate in their grasp of the content of speech speech,single teaching methods,and lack of guiding teaching evaluation.Junior high school students themselves in the process of learning speech speech is not high interest,the speech writing has a resistance to the psychology,afraid to participate in speech-type activities.Under the interaction between internal and external causes,the speech ability of junior high school students has been stagnant and can not be improved.The current situation of speech speech teaching is worrying,the problems are endless,hindering the realization of the value of speech speech teaching,the need to rethink how to build a junior high school language speech teaching system.First of all,teachers should reexamine the teaching content of speech speech,from political speech,academic speech,educational speech,etiquette speech speech and other different types of speech speech their own uniqueness,determine the teaching content of speech speech,enhance students' understanding of the speech,so that junior high school students know what is the speech,how to speak.Secondly,teachers should choose a variety of teaching methods to realize the teaching value of speech.Speech is a kind of listening language communication,not only has the charm of words,but also has the charm of performance.Teachers should choose teaching methods according to the nature of the speech,use the form of "listening" to capture the content of the speech,"think" form to train the speech writing,use the form of "play" to enhance the speech ability,in the "listening,thinking,performance" experience the charm of the speech,stimulate the interest of junior high school students to learn speech.Finally,teachers should strengthen the awareness of speech evaluation,clear the purpose of speech evaluation,so that speech evaluation throughout the teaching activities.Speech evaluation has important teaching significance,teachers should implement multievaluation subject,different evaluation subjects according to the specific evaluation criteria for evaluation,so that junior high school students in different voices to recognize their own speech advantages and disadvantages,and constantly improve their speech ability.
