With the progress and development of society,the state has issued corresponding laws and policies to meet their basic needs.However,most disabled teenagers still can not adapt to the society well.Their social scope is narrow,the objects of communication are few and gradually internalized,which has become an important problem to hinder their healthy growth and adapt to the society.The convenience of the Internet enriches people's communication methods and makes communication more convenient and fast.However,this situation does not change the existing interpersonal communication situation of Disabled Teenagers,but makes more people choose online communication instead of going out of their homes,which makes interpersonal communication more serious.This study takes the disabled youth as the research object,takes the psychosocial treatment mode as the research framework,and carries out the intervention on the psychological and social level of the case owner,helps the case owner eliminate inferiority,enhances the self-confidence,and remoulds the good self-awareness;Through the study of social skills,situation simulation and participation in community activities,the interpersonal communication ability of the case owner can be improved,and the external environment can be adapted to solve their own problems.This also provides experience for the solution of interpersonal relationship imbalance of the group.In the psychological level,the author directly intervenes in the interpersonal communication problems of the case owner three times,including psychological counseling,changing cognition and improving social skills.It helps the case owner to relieve the negative psychological state through reflective treatment technology and non reflective treatment technology,overcomes Inferiority Psychology,changes false self cognition through self reflection,and meanwhile learns social skills to promote individual changes;At the social level,we should pay attention to "people in the situation",intervene the peer groups,family system,communities and schools of the case owner,explore and mobilize the social support network of the case owner,and promote the change of the case owner by improving the living environment of the case owner,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the interpersonal communication ability.The following conclusions are drawn through practical intervention:first,the reasons for the interpersonal problems of the case owners are comprehensive,including physiology,psychology and society,and the interaction of the three parties;Secondly,psychosocial treatment mode is effective in the process of solving the problem of Disabled Teenagers;Third,it has accumulated practical experience for the development of social work in the field of Disabled Teenagers.
