Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to carrying out great struggles with many new historical characteristics,innovating and improving online patriotic education and propaganda,applying the law of network communication,carrying forward the main theme,stimulating positive energy and vigorously cultivating and practicing socialist core values.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of network ethics and network civilization,give play to the guiding role of moral education,nourish cyberspace with outstanding achievements of human civilization,repair the network ecology,and jointly build a community of cyberspace destiny.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "cyberspace,like real society,should not only advocate freedom,but also maintain order.We must respect the rights of netizens to exchange ideas and express their wishes,and also build a good network order according to law." This is conducive to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of netizens,consciously resisting the infiltration of patriotic spirit by the network ideological trend,and guiding young students to build up their ideals and beliefs,cultivate patriotic feelings,and earnestly shoulder the important task of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The development of network language permeates middle school students' growing process,which has different influences on their behavior,value rationality and so on.Although ideological and political education,morality and rule of law education in classroom teaching have certain influences on their patriotic behavior and the standardization of network discourse behavior,facing the imperfection of network management level,the system and regulations of network language standardization are not perfect,and the direction of ideological and political discipline in middle schools is not in place,which easily leads to the lack of rationality in patriotic education.Therefore,how to guide middle school students to establish correct value judgment standards and network ethics behaviors,how to flexibly use various network symbols and network languages to promote patriotism and innovate patriotic education methods,and how to take into account the connotative development between patriotic education and network speech behaviors,so as to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,are important challenges faced by middle school students' network language behavior norms under the vision of patriotic education in the new era.In this study,"the implementation outline of patriotism education in the new era" is taken as the theoretical premise to improve the behavior norms of middle school students' online language,and the courses of ideological and political education,morality and rule of law are taken as the behavior context of patriotism education.The basic situation of the behavior norms of middle school students' online language in the new era is deeply understood in the form of questionnaire survey.With the help of literature interpretation and interdisciplinary research methods,the research on the behavior norms of middle school students' online language is analyzed from the new era patriotism education.The full text is divided into five parts:the first part is introduction,which mainly includes research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and major difficulties.The second part defines the related theoretical basis between them.The third part analyzes the current situation of middle school students' network language standard from the perspective of patriotism education of middle school students in the new era through questionnaire survey.The fourth part analyzes and studies the data obtained from the questionnaire,and summarizes the problems faced by middle school students in the network language standard under the vision of patriotic education in the new era.The fifth part,on the basis of grasping the problems faced by middle school students' network language norms in the new era patriotic education,puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for middle school students' network language norms in the new era patriotic education from four aspects:enhancing problem awareness,grasping the key to solving convergence problems,enhancing rule awareness,perfecting network language norms system,enhancing orientation awareness,actively exploring the correct direction of public opinion,enhancing position awareness and actively constructing logical rational thinking.
