Deepening the construction of the faculty in the new era is the top priority of education development.Teacher job satisfaction not only affects teachers' work attitude,but also has an important impact on the quality of education and teaching.This paper analyzes the status quo of junior high school teachers' job satisfaction and studies its influencing factors,provides countermeasures for improving and strengthening teachers'teaching management,promoting teachers'professional development,improving teaching performance and ensuring better teaching development.By analyzing the main factors that affect the job satisfaction of junior high school teachers,we find the problems that affect teacher satisfaction,and provide references for improving teacher satisfaction.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the research on junior high school teachers' job satisfaction at home and abroad.Taking China Education Tracking Survey(CEPS)2015 data as a sample,it mainly uses literature research methods and empirical analysis methods,Descriptive statistics,multi-factor ANOVA,and multiple regression analysis were conducted on the data with the help of Stata software to explore the individual and organizational factors that influence teachers' job satisfaction.Through analysis,Individual-level factors such as age,education,and burnout had a significant negative effect on teachers' overall job satisfaction,while school environment factors such as good learning culture,collegiality,and strictness of student management had a significant positive effect on overall job satisfaction,and administrative pressure had a significant negative effect on it.Regarding the factors of satisfaction with salary,satisfaction with school management style,satisfaction with school hardware and facilities,and satisfaction with student quality,satisfaction with salary,school management style and student quality had a significant effect on overall teacher satisfaction,while satisfaction with school hardware and facilities had no significant effect.By establishing a regression analysis between each specific variable and the overall job satisfaction of middle school teachers,the factors affecting their satisfaction were explored,and corresponding countermeasures were suggested based on the findings.Through research,it is concluded that in order to improve teachers'job satisfaction,attention should be paid to improving teachers' salaries,meeting teachers'living needs,improving teachers'working environment,organizational atmosphere,and interpersonal relationships among teachers.Then,according to the research results,this article provides the following suggestions for improving teacher satisfaction from the aspects that have an impact on teacher job satisfaction:Firstly,to create a good organizational climate in schools.Secondly,to establish a fair and reasonable remuneration package.Third,create a good working environment and reduce teachers'burden.Fourth,focus on building teachers' mental health and improving their teaching abilities.Fifth,maintain career stability and reduce the risk of leaving the profession.This will provide empirical evidence to improve teachers' job satisfaction,better promote education and teaching,and make the teacher management system better.
