To comprehensively deepen the reform of teaching staff,change the backward situation of basic education teaching staff,and create a large number of teachers rooted in basic education.In 2018,the State Council issued the opinions on comprehensively deepening the construction and reform of the teaching staff in the new period,and the development of primary school teachers has attracted the attention of all walks of life.Therefore,the influencing factors of primary school teachers' professional identity become the focus of exploration.For primary school teachers,the influencing factors of their professional identity are related to whether they really love the teaching profession or even teach for life.This study takes primary school teachers in Huaibei City as the research object,comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,and other research methods to systematically investigate the influencing factors of primary school teachers' professional identity in Huaibei City.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted among primary school teachers in Huaibei City by random sampling method.Secondly,an in-depth survey was conducted among some teachers in the form of interviews.SPSS software was used to sort out and analyze the collected data.The results show that although the professional identity of primary school teachers in Huaibei City is at the middle and upper level,there are still some problems and deficiencies.Mainly reflected in: from a social point of view,primary school teachers are still affected by the imperfect policy system and unbalanced resource allocation;From the perspective of the school,the effectiveness and pertinence of teacher education are not strong.There are some problems in the promotion system and management system;From the individual point of view,,the contradiction between internal and external causes,social responsibility,and work pressure are also important factors.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and previous research experience.The influencing factors are discussed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This study puts forward countermeasures to enhance primary school teachers' professional identity from three aspects of society,school,and individual: first,from the social aspect,we should create an atmosphere suitable for primary school teachers' development and enhance their professional attraction;Second,in terms of schools,it is necessary to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of primary school teachers' induction training,and pay attention to humanized management.Third,on the individual side,primary school teachers should adjust their mentality and find out their career orientation.The relevant countermeasures of this research can provide some useful reference for the development of primary education,and then promote the sustainable development of basic education.
