A Research On Financial Risks And Control Of Labor Dispatch Companies

Labor dispatch is a new way of human resource management in China,which plays a positive role in promoting employment and reemployment.However,the corresponding laws and regulations,industry standards in China can not match the vigorous development of the industry,so how to adapt to the development of the times and put forward effective measures for the financial risk of labor dispatch companies has certain practical and theoretical significance.Labor dispatching business involves many subjects and is easily influenced by related parties.This thesis studies the financial risks of Labor dispatching companies from a broad perspective,which will cause financial uncertainty,cause the shortage of capital chain,and increase the factors of financial burden,according to the actual situation of a company,this paper sums up and analyzes the financial risk of a Labor dispatch company,and puts forward some suggestions for controlling the financial risk of a Labor dispatch company.This thesis can be divided into six parts:Firstly,it is the introduction,mainly elaborates the background and research significance of the financial risk and its control of Labor dispatch company,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars'research on this project,the research contents and methods of this paper are summarized.Secondly,it is the overview of the financial risk and its control,which introduces the concept,characteristics and risk control of the financial risk of the Labor dispatch company.Thirdly,it is a labor dispatch company and its characteristics,combined with the second part of the content,introduced a Labor dispatch company's overview,business characteristics and financial characteristics,is the cornerstone of the fourth part,the fifth part.Fourth,it is a labor dispatch company's financial risk identification and analysis,according to a Labor dispatch company's characteristics,analysis of its financial risk,the fourth part is the main chapter of this article.Fifth,it is the financial risk control measures of a Labor dispatch company,aiming at the financial risk analyzed in the fourth part,the corresponding risk prevention and control methods are put forward.At last,it is the conclusion of this article,summarizes the full text,obtains the achievement,discovers the insufficiency,proposes the direction.This thesis takes a Labor dispatch company as the research object,combining the Labor dispatch company with the financial risk,and more systematically studies the financial risk of labor dispatch industry,using the interview method to understand a Labor dispatch company,this paper firstly puts forward to study the financial risk of a Labor dispatch company from four aspects:The dispatched organization,the dispatched workers,the company operation and the tax payment.
