An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of College Students' Thoughts And Countermeasures In The New Era

Since 2009,China's recruitment system has been reformed,and for the first time,college students have been the target of recruitment,which has prompted many university students to join military camps.With the passage of time,the proportion of conscripted university students in the total recruitment of recruits has been increasing year by year.Compared with other recruitment groups,college students have rich knowledge,strong understanding ability,active thinking,good at innovation,a strong sense of democracy and participation,and have improved the knowledge structure of soldiers.It is necessary for the modernization drive of the army to improve the function of comprehensive quality and deliver qualified personnel for the army.However,it must be admitted that in addition to these advantages,several college students in the new era still have some shortcomings,such as weak ideals and beliefs,weak political consciousness,advocating utilitarianism,pragmatism and hedonism.Lack of discipline,weak ability to resist setbacks,etc.The entry of college students into the army with these problems will bring challenges to the ideological and political education of the army.Therefore,it is necessary for the country's social development to study the current ideological situation of college students,as well as for the modernization of the army and the development of the university students themselves.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was used to study the current ideological situation of the conscripts in the new era,analyze the causes of the present ideological situation of college students and explore the countermeasures for these reasons.We hope to provide some references for ideological and political education in the army.This paper takes the college students enrolled in the new era as the research object,through the methods of investigation,literature analysis and cross-study method,trying to provide reference and supplement for the theoretical research and military ideological and political work of the ideological and political education of college students enlisted in the new era.Firstly,this paper explains the relevant concepts of the research,sorts out the theoretical origin of military ideological and political education,and and prepares the theory for the research.Then through the questionnaire survey to find out the ideological status of college student enlistees.The survey covered the basic family situation,the level of policy understanding,military motivation,defense education,military education and self-awareness.According to the survey results,this paper analyzes the causes of college students' ideological status from six aspects: international factors: international political and economic factors,international cultural factors,domestic factors: domestic political and economic factors,social factors,education factors,personal factors.Finally,from the tradition of military ideological and political education,the perspectives of national defense education before enlistment,military education after enlistment,and optimization of ideological and political education environment,putting forward the corresponding ideas and solutions.
