In recent years,campus violence in our country has developed to varying degrees in primary and secondary schools.It mainly manifests in various formssuch as physical violence,verbal violence,mental violence,and cyber violenceand appears among students and between teachers and students.It has a bad impacts on students,teachers,schools and society,It has not only hindering the development of students' sound personality;affecting their normal learning and life,but also dampening the enthusiasm of teachers and disrupting their work;impacting normal school education and teaching and undermining the moral civilization and ethical order of society.Therefore,focusing on the phenomenon of campus violence in primary and secondary school fields,analyzing its causes,finding effective solutions,and helping young people grow up healthily are major issues for educators.The article focuses on the ethical review and commits to ethical governance of the violence in primary and secondary schools from an ethical perspective.It summarizes the current characteristics of campus violence in primary and secondary schoolsby collecting,presenting,and analyzing campus violence incidents and related authoritative data in recent years.The article analyzes the reasons from the three subject levels of the school,teachers,and students and their ethical relationship processing,ethical norms identification,and ethical care generation.The article believes that the main ethical crux of the problem of campus violence in primary and secondary schools is due to the dilution of ethical value identification among students and between teachers and students;lack of ethical understanding and tolerance;scarcity of ethical trust and ethical care.At the same time,the weak professional ethics and ethical ability of teachers and the lack of ethical security in schools have also contributed to the emergence of violence in primary and secondary school campuses.Facing the problem of campus violence in the field of primary and secondary schools,the article attempts to discuss the strategy from both theoretical and practical aspects.It provides theoretical resources for the solution of campus violence in primary and secondary schools from the three aspects of Confucian ethics resources,caring ethics resources and recognition of ethics resources.what's more,we also should from the three aspects ofbuilding the ethical quality of school education and strengthening the ethical construction of school culture;improving teachers' ethical abilities,including teachers' ethical abilities inteaching,ethical communication,ethical judgment and handling of educational conflicts;strengthening students' moral education and promotion ethical recognition and ethical care among students and between teachers and studentsto provide targeted practical strategies for solving the problem of campus violence in primary and secondary schools.The practical strategy is to provide some theoretical and practical guidance and help for the mitigationof the problem of the primary and secondary school violence.
