Study On The Core Family Life Cycle Of Large Interval Birth

The change of family life cycle is accompanied by the development track of family economy,family relationship and family structure,and has profound social and policy significance.With the development of social economy and changes in the birth policy,the number of second-child families in China has gradually increased,and the family life cycle is no longer just a single mainstream form.Due to policy or non-policy factors such as loss of independence and remarriage,there is no shortage of large-scale births in the second-child family.This large-scale birth is not based on the age difference,but refers to the birth of a second child after leaving the family.mode.In the American society of the 1940s,Glick first systematically proposed the family life cycle,and then constantly revised and improved.This study will focus on the core families of large-scale births,based on the reflection of Glick's family life cycle theory,analyze the particularity of the core family life cycle theory applicable to such large interval births,and the social significance of this change.In this study,we used the method of empirical research to select the core families of large interval births in Q County of X County as the research object,and analyzed how the large interval birth affects the family life characteristics and family structure,and then causes the family life cycle to change,and on this basis Establish a new theoretical model of family life cycle.From the perspective of family life characteristics,large interval births bring a burden to the family economy,and form a "scheduled" parenting model,which decomposes the family's economic pressure and affects the parent-child relationship and family relationship in the family;From the perspective of the relationship between cycle and family structure,the occurrence of large-scale childbirth in single-family families,remarried families and special second-child families will bring about changes in family structure.From the perspective of family life cycle theory model,large interval births will cause The emergence of the"secondary" stabilization period and the "secondary" empty nest period,while the children leaving home will also change from "single peak" to "double peak".Changes in the family life cycle have not only brought changes to the micro-family.From the perspective of the whole society,it has also alleviated the problem of family pension and empty-season adaptation to a certain extent,and avoided the weak support network for the only child relatives.All in all,Glick's family life cycle theory is inapplicable in explaining the core family of this large interval birth,and this study will reflect and improve on this basis.
