With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,many rural surplus labor transferred to urban work,there is today's migrant workers as a special group.They make contributions to urban construction,but the social focus problems are also emerging.These seemingly contradictory and interactive problems,such as the difficulty of employment of migrant workers and the shortage of employment of enterprises,have attracted social attention.The role of rural labor in urban construction has been very significant.However,the instability of urban and rural secondary development has resulted in the low education level,low skill level and low career development level of rural labor in the employment market.Most of them are concentrated in the first-line physical occupations such as building decoration,transportation,catering service,etc.,with relatively low labor income.On the one hand,the vocational quality of rural labor directly affects the healthy and sustainable development of China's economy and society.It is necessary to improve the skill level of rural labor through vocational skills training,increase the employability and make it competitive in the employment market.On the other hand,the development of enterprises needs the support of talents,and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure needs more contribution of skilled talents.Therefore,the demand of enterprises for skilled talents is also greatly increased.However,the reality is that the rural labor force who has participated in the skill training has not engaged in the relevant work of the training profession,and the phenomenon of the shortage of enterprise employment still exists.From the practical point of view,this paper uses literature review,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct in-depth study on the current situation of vocational skills training of rural labor force in the current employment demand of enterprises.The problems between the two are analyzed and summarized as follows: the structural employment contradiction is prominent,the training concept of enterprises is backward,the training resources of enterprises are not reasonably allocated,enterprises lack of training incentive mechanism and the coverage of rural labor force participating in vocational skill training is small.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the fouraspects of government,society,enterprises and rural labor force.Based on the research results of this paper,it is hoped that more and more enterprises can pay attention to vocational skill training,strengthen the training effect based on the employment demand of enterprises,and effectively solve the employment demand matching with vocational skills,so as to maximize the development of economic and social benefits of enterprises.
