The Linyi Women's Federation Organization Participates In The Research On Social Service Problems And Countermeasures

Under the new situation,China's administrative system reform is deepening,the process of building a service-oriented government is speeding up,and the government is gradually changing from an all-round government to a limited government.Women's Federation is the link between the party and the government and the masses of women,and also the largest women's organization in China.The advantages of women's federations are embodied in the political,organizational and mass advantages,which other non-governmental women's organizations can catch up with it.It is because of these advantages that women's federations can better undertake the functions of government transfer services for women and children,and effectively participate in social services.However,the current functional orientation and working methods of women's federations can not meet the needs of social development in the new era.Based on this,this paper studies the participation of grassroots women's federations in social services,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for them to seize the opportunity and participate in social services effectively in the new situation.This paper focuses on the realization of women's Federation's effective participation in social services.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research background and significance and the research status at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of women's Federation's participation in community services is elaborated by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.Based on the analysis of the current situation of women's federations in Linyi City participating in social services,this paper finds out the achievements and existing problems,and further analyzes the causes of the problems.With reference to the experience of women's federations in other regions in China,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of women's federations in social services in Linyi city.The empirical analysis of the participation of women's federations in social services in Linyi city shows that there are three problems in the participation of women's federations in social services,namely,the low degree of social identity,the relatively backward working methods,and the weak ability of resource integration.The main reasons are:Women's federations are not well positioned,the mechanism of participating in social services is not perfect,and the construction of talent team is not perfect.According to the analysis of the problems and causes,combined with the specific development of Linyi City,this paper analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of Linyi women's Federation to participate in social service from three aspects,that is,to improve the awareness of social service participation,optimize the management mechanism,and build the talent team.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide useful practical reference for women's Federation organizations to participate in social services better.
