A Comparative Study Of Chinese Multi-ethnic Goddess Creation Myths

In the multi-ethnic myth of China,it contains abundant goddess creation myth,and the texts with a long history are rich and diverse.In the primitive myths of many ethnic minorities,the earliest pioneers and achievements in creating all things were attributed to the creation goddess of the ethnic group.Most of the previous studies have been devoting themself to a certain goddess creation myth,but the goddess reation myth that opens the ethnic division is not common.This paper attempts to collect the creation myth of Chinese multi-ethnic goddess and to explore the differences and commonness contained in the creation myth of the goddess,and traces the worship of the goddess in the creation myth of the goddess in order to find out the reason that the goddess could be the leading goddess.In the creation myth of the married goddess,the goddess is mainly cooperating with the male god to complete the creation of all things and human creation task.They are divided into two categories.One is the myth of the creation of the goddess,in which the goddess and the male god cooperate to create the world,or goddess are married with totem.These goddesses only have achievements of ground-breaking,breeding human beings or creating specific animals and plants;the other is the female ancestor involved in the myth of the flood,which belongs to the myth of later human
