Objective:From the perspective of patients with gestational hypertension,aiming at single primiparas with gestational hypertension,this study understands their own feelings of high body mass index(overweight/obesity)before pregnancy and their psychological,physiological,doctor-patient interaction and needs after elevated blood pressure,and discusses the impact of Chinese and African drug treatment on patients in early prevention in combination with early prevention mechanism,In order to draw meaningful conclusions and provide corresponding guidance for early prevention and non drug treatment.Methods:This study adopts the phenomenological research method in the qualitative research method,and uses the objective sampling method to select singleton primiparas with gestational hypertension disease whose pre pregnancy body mass index(BMI)? 24kg/m2 in the obstetric clinic and inpatient department of a third class hospital,interview these members in a one-to-one way,transcribe the information obtained during the interview,and analyze these data,The topics were separated by Colaizzi seven step analysis method,and sorted and analyzed with the help of MAXQDA software.During the interview,it can be found that the interview data reached saturation when communicating with the 18th patient.On this basis,the research theme is determined.Results:four topics were extracted in this study,and each topic contained 2-4 sub topicsTopic 1:Lack of relevant knowledgeThe sub themes are:In terms of BMI,blood pressure changes and non drug treatment,the corresponding cognitive levels are different;After the remission of the disease,there is blind inertia;For their own disease changes are not enough attention.Topic 2:Psychological supportThe sub themes included:the increase of psychological pressure after repeated illness and the improvement of attention after repeated emotion.Theme 3:Correct bad living habitsIncluding sub themes:long-term bad habits to correct difficulties,the impact of the external environment.Theme 4:Professional guidanceSub topics included:demand for disease-related knowledge,regular follow-up after discharge.Conclusion:Patients with gestational hypertension with pre pregnancy body mass index(BMI)? 24kg/m2 lack relevant knowledge and have different levels of cognition in the implementation of non drug treatment measures.Medical personnel should correct bad habits in time and improve patients' compliance;pre pregnancy body mass index(BMI)? 24kg/m2 patients with gestational hypertension need health education and follow-up after discharge,and medical staff should carry out relevant work;pre pregnancy body mass index(BMI))? 24kg/m2 patients with gestational hypertension should strengthen psychological support,timely give psychological counseling when the effect of non drug treatment is not obvious,avoid anxiety,and timely adjust the non drug treatment strategy.
