| Purpose : To observe the clinical efficacy of Xifeng Jianpi Huatan method,acupuncture combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Materials and methods: from March 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with vestibular migraine of liver wind phlegm syndrome who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the outpatient department of Otorhinolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and treatment group(n =30).The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Xifeng Jianpi Huatan formula combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The v-hit and brain color Doppler ultrasound were observed at the time of treatment,2 weeks and 3 months of treatment.The vertigo Disability Rating Scale(DHI),headache scale and TCM syndrome score were filled in and the curative effect was evaluated.Result:1.The data of age,gender,course of disease,v-hit,cerebral blood flow diagram,dizziness Disability Rating Scale(DHI),headache scale and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before treatment,and there was no statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.Objective index evaluation: the results of v-hit,cerebral blood flow imaging and cerebral blood flow imaging of patients with vestibular migraine gradually approached normal after 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months of treatment,and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Subjective index evaluation: the results of vertigo Disability Rating Scale(DHI),headache scale and TCM syndrome score of patients with vestibular migraine after 2weeks and 3 months of treatment were gradually approaching normal,and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group(P < 0.05).1.Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms and signs of patients with vestibular migraine.2.The treatment group was better than the control group in the objective indexes of v-hit and cerebral blood flow imaging.3.The treatment group was better than the control group in the subjective index evaluation of vertigo Disability Rating Scale(DHI),headache scale and TCM syndrome score.4.The overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. |
