Research On Ancient Documents Of Upper Heat And Lower Cold Syndrome And Summary Of Professor Zhang Songxing's Clinical Experience From The Treatment Of Sanjiao

Objective: By searching and screening the articles related to "Shang-re-xia-han" in Chinese medical code,and analyzing the symptoms and diseases of the syndrome of shang-re-xia-han,the etiology and pathogenesis of the syndrome of shang-re-xia-han were discussed It also summarizes professor Zhang Songxing’s academic thought and clinical experience in treating upper heat and lower cold from the theory of triple energizer,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of upper heat and lower cold syndrome.Materials and methods:The first part: to search the Chinese Medical Code by computer,to retrieve the articles related to upper heat and lower cold,to standardize the articles that meet the inclusion standards,and to establish a database by using Microsoft Excel,the second part: Through consulting the literature to collect the clinical data of ancient and modern doctors in the treatment of the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold,by listening to the teacher’s teaching and learning from the teacher,and comparing the knowledge and treatment experience of ancient and modern doctors on the disease,we can find out the special academic opinions and clinical experience of the tutor on the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold,the author systematically summarized his knowledge of upper heat and lower cold syndrome and clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Results:1.The search term is "Shang re" article 1722;the search term is "Shang Huo" Article506;the search term is "Xia Han" Article 907;the search term is "Xia Leng" Article722.After the inclusion and exclusion of standard analysis,the relevant provisions of "upper heat and lower cold" were 249.2.Summary of the 249 articles incorporated,symptoms of the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold include vomiting,thirst,night sweats,diarrhea,abdominal distension,spermatorrhea,cold feet and knees,dizziness,heebie-jeebies,abdominal pain,pharyngitis,chest pain,cough,sore throat,urination,irritability,Tinnitus,hunger,Lumbago,dizziness,toothache,vomiting of blood,deafness,strong neck,dyspnea,red eyes,enuresis,chest pain,spontaneous sweating,headache,palpitation,redness and delirium.There were 24 symptoms in the upper focus,120 in total,with an average frequency of about 5.0;6 in the Middle Focus,with a total frequency of 61,with an average frequency of about 10.17;There were 7 symptoms in the lower focus area,and the frequency of occurrence was 34 times,the average frequency was about 4.86 times.The diseases of upper fever and lower cold syndrome are abdominal pain,abdominal distension,impotence,Hematemesis,cough,thirst,mania,throat paralysis,epilepsy,great head plague,cholera,Metrorrhagia,malaria,tuberculosis,Scrofula,bleeding,diphtheria,impotence.One of the top five frequency are: Thirst,cough,malaria,throat Arthralgia,epilepsy.3.Professor Zhang Songxing believes that the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold is closely related to the triple energizer,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the triple energizer are carried out according to the position of the triple energizer.The symptoms are divided into three types: the upper energizer is sick,the middle energizer is sick and the lower energizer is sick,in particular,we attach great importance to the central focus.Conclusion:1.In the regulation of upper heat and lower cold syndrome,there are the most kinds and the highest frequency of the symptoms.2.In the regulation of upper heat and lower cold syndrome,there are few kinds of symptoms of Middle Jiao,but the frequency of occurrence is the highest,and the vomiting with the highest frequency is Middle Jiao,and three of the first five symptoms are Middle Jiao,it can be seen that the upper heat and lower cold syndrome are closely related to the central coke.3.The triple energizer is closely related to the upper heat and lower cold syndrome,so we can treat the upper heat and lower cold syndrome from the triple energizer.4.In Clinic,Professor Zhang Songxing treated upper heat and lower cold syndrome from triple energizer,taking middle energizer as the core,which is effective in clinic and worth learning and popularizing.
