Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect On Functional Constipation Based On The Theory Of "spleen-stomach Deficiency, Nine Orifices Do Not Pass Through"

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and medication safety of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(deficiency of qi and blood),to explore the idea of "deficiency of spleen and stomach causes nine orifices without general theory" for the diagnosis and treatment of constipation,and to expand its clinical application;To evaluate its clinical value from an objective and scientific point of view,in order to further expand the clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation.Material and method:A total of 70 cases of functional constipation with deficiency of qi and blood in the outpatient department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Liaoning Anorectal Hospital)from September2019 to December 2020 were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Huabie Fang Decoction,once a day in the morning and evening,260 ml each time.Control group was given lactulose oral solution,15 ml each time,once a day in the morning and evening.Both groups received 2 courses of treatment,one course every 2 weeks,and were followed up for 1 month after the end of treatment.The scores of constipation symptoms,efficacy,and follow-up results of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded for comparative evaluation.Results:1.At the end of treatment,the scores of constipation symptoms in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05);The scores of subconstipation in the observation group were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),but there was no significant change in the control group(P<0.05).The total symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.3%.3.Follow-up results showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.5%,and that of the control group was 34.6%.Comparison of recurrence rates between groups(P <0.05).Compared with the total symptom score,P < 0.01,the observation group had better efficacy.4.No adverse events occurred in the two groups during treatment and follow-up,indicating high drug safety in the two groups.Conclusion:1.Based on the "spleen and stomach deficiency is nine orifices are not general theory",the treatment of functional constipation of Qi and blood deficiency type with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve constipation related symptoms,especially in shortness of breath and fatigue,poor appetite,mental fatigue,face Shaohua and other Qi and blood deficiency symptoms,which is significantly better than lactulose therapy.2.The recurrence rate is relatively low,the long-term effect is reliable,and the clinical application has good safety,which is worthy of further application and promotion.
