Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Membranous Nephropathy With Taochen Membranous Decoction Combined With Hormones And Tripterygium Wilfordii

Objective:In this study,to have a better popularize the new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment of membranous nephropathy,Tao chen mo shen jian combined with hormone and tripterygium wilfordii was carried out to treat membranous nephropathy and the clinical effect of this recipe was observed.Methods: 86 patients undertaken by the affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were chosen.Renal biopsy was diagnosed as stage I ~ II of membranous nephropathy.one case with lower left limb venous thrombosis,another case with less than 6 months of treatment,another two cases with severe infection were not counted.As a result,the total amount of patients was 82.By randomized digital tables,the above patients were divided into two groups: the control and treatment groups,42 in the control group,and 40 in the treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine and tripterygium wilfordii combined with the hormone therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Tao chen mo shen jian on the basis of the control group.The duration of treatment in both groups was 6 months.After 6 months of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms,24 h urine protein quantification,plasma albumin,blood lipid and renal function of patients from different groups were discussed.Patients had informed consent to the medication.Results:1.Analysis of the syndrome efficacy and the symptom score of the two groups.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group and the control group were90% and 76.2 respectively.P < 0.05 means that the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different.Besides,because P < 0.05,statistically different could also be observed between the TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group,indicating the TCM symptoms in the treatment group had a better improvement than that in the control group.2.Analysis of the curative effect and the observation index from the perspective of western medicine.After treatment,the total effective rate of western medicine in the treatment group and the control group was 85% and 71.4% respectively.P < 0.05 means there was a significant difference between the two groups.The 24 h of urinary protein quantification,serum albumin,total cholesterol,triglyceride in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were statistically different(P < 0.05).According to the results,the performance of the control group treatment was better than that of the control group while no significant difference in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen could be observed between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Evaluation of safety indicators.No abnormal and adverse reactions could be found according to the blood routine,the coagulation function,the liver function,the electrocardiogram,and the routine before and after treatment.Conclusion: The treatment of membranous nephropathy with Tao chen mo shen jian combined with hormone and Tripterygium glycosides can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with membranous nephropathy.It can improve serum albumin,and reduce proteinuria,cholesterol and triglyceride.It has a good clinical performance and could be used safely.It is worthy of further study and popularization.
