To Explore The Correlation Research Of The Three-dimensional Pattern Of Functional Constipation "disease-syndrome-body" Based On Questionnaire Survey

Objective:In order to explore the relationship between Functional Constipation(FC),traditional Chinese medical categories and physique,this research project used questionnaires to identify the patients in Shenyang with their constitutions.Analyzing the potential influence of life factors on these elements.Researcher hoped to find a new therapy that ameliorate personal physique to reduce morbidity as well as recurrence of FC meanwhile to promote the efficiency about FC.It is aim at nipping it in mud and providing the reference information which based on traditional Chinese medical theory that distinguish disease,category and individual physique.Methods:The data and subjects all collected from the inpatient and the outpatient in Liaoning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),Liaoning Hospital on Chronic Disease and The Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of TCM in10/2018--12/2019.Using Excel 2016 creating the database to make fundamental rate calculation and descriptive explanation.The statistical signification is valuable while p<0.05in this questionnaire research through taking advantage of SPSS25.0 such as X~2-test and Fisher?s precision test.Then conclusion about mentioned data information for discussing a problem that whether there is a connection between life factors,physique and traditional Chinese medical categories of FC.Result:1.There were 39 men and 67 women taken part in this research involved 106samples.The ratios are respectively 37.74%?62.26%as well as the rate between male and female is 1.0:1.72.2.The most highest age is 72 but the opposite polar is 20 in the collected questionnaires.The highest morbidity of FC in closed age stage is 39?48 which the percentage reach at 32.08%.Following sequences of higher morbidity of FC in age stage are49?58(25.47%)and 29?38(18.87%)3.Physique about Qi and Yin are both insufficient(27%)on FC is the most common constitution within this research.Here is the queue line with ranking them from highest to lowest:physique about Yin is insufficient(24%),physique about Yang is insufficient(10%),physique about Qi and Yang are both insufficient(9%),physique about Qi is insufficient(7%),physique about Qi is static and Yin is insufficient(5%),physique about Yin and Yang keeping in balance state(3%),physique about phlegm and hot-humidity(3%),physique about Qi is insufficient and static(2%),physique about hot-humidity(2%),physique about Yang is insufficient(2%),other type of physique(6%).4.About traditional Chinese medical categories on FC in this research project,we can attain the result that constipation generated by inner-desiccation is highest(47%),and the second item is caused by insufficient Yin(19%),the third item is resulted in insufficient Yang(17%),then is static Qi(10%),the final category induced insufficient Qi(7%).5.The conspicuous between constitutions and traditional Chinese medical categories of FC make sense as the significant value of physique about Qi and Yin are both insufficient and physique about Qi is insufficient both are 0.000 which less than 0.05.The rest of other constitutions have no different with traditional Chinese medical categories of FC.6.Some of life factors illustrated in this project,such as water daily consumption<500ml,salt daily intake>6g,daily diet lack of fresh vegetable and fruit,smoking index(SI?200 and alcohol abuse,have distinctive difference with traditional Chinese medical categories of FC.The significant value of these elements are 0.003?0.0360.015?0.037?0.013,which are all less than 0.05.Conclusion:1.Female have higher morbidity of FC than male counterpart.2.The highest morbidity of FC in closed age stage is 39?48.3.It is common to see that the colour of tongue is red while the pattern of tongue coating is mottled on FC.4.Fart is the most universal simultaneous phenomenon on FC.5.Constipation generated by lacking of Qi which the potential mechanism may have association with abnormal process of cell autophagy is the most common category in traditional Chinese medical categories of FC.6.In arid weather condition will more easily development of physique about Yin is insufficient including the same type hybrid-physiques.7.The constitutions which have more tendency to suffering FC are physique about Qi and Yin are both insufficient as well as physique about Qi is insufficient.8.The relationship between constitution and traditional Chinese medical categories of FC reveals that physique about Qi and Yin are both insufficient associated with constipation generated by Yin is insufficient,and physique about Qi is insufficient associated with constipation generated by shortage of Qi.9.Some of life factors,such as water daily consumption<500ml,daily diet lack of fresh vegetable and fruit,SI?200 and alcohol abuse,associated with constipation generated by inner-desiccation.
