| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion combined with kairuitan and neishuna in improving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.Materials and methods:a total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis(meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria)from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration of kairuitan combined with neishuna, once a day,one tablet(10 mg)before going to bed. When using neishuna,it was necessary to spray two presses(each press was 50ug),once a day(the total amount was 200ug).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion on the basis of the original control group, once every other day.The nasal symptoms, signs, nasal resistance and eosinophil(EOS)were detected at the time of treatment, two weeks of treatment and four weeks of treatment.result:1.Curative effect evaluation of nasal symptoms: after two weeks and four weeks of tr eatment, the nasal symptoms of the two groups were improved compared with those o f the treatment group(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better.2.Evaluation of signs and symptoms: after two weeks and four weeks of treatment,t here were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the effect ofthe treatment group was more obvious after four weeks of treatment.3.Changes of nasal resistance: two weeks and four weeks after treatment, there was s ignificant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Reduce the positive rate of eosinophils: the effect of the two groups is similar.5.Overall efficacy: the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with kairuitan and neishuna and oral administration of kairuitan and neishuna can significantly improve nasal symptoms and signs in patients with allergic rhinitis.2.The effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion combined with kairuitan and neishuna in improving nasal symptoms(nasal congestion is obvious)is better than that of oral kairuitan combined with neishuna. |
