| Purpose:Through the collection and analysis of clinical data related to the growth and development and quality of life evaluation of children with refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS)with different treatment methods.Observe the effects of the comprehensive treatment plan of Shenfukang proposed by the instructor on the growth and development and quality of life of children with RNS,and explore the theoretical ideas of Chinese medicine for the treatment of RNS,in order to improve the quality of life and improve the growth of children with Chinese medicine for the treatment of RNS.Development status provides corresponding medication reference and new ideas.Material and method:A total of 80 cases were selected in this study,and a case-control study was adopted.A total of 40 children with RNS who were treated at the expert clinic of Professor Wang Xuefeng of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the experimental group,and the children in the experimental group were diagnosed and treated in the same hospital and ward at the same time.A total of 40 RNS children with matching gender,age,and course of disease who have not taken traditional Chinese medicine served as the control group.Record the weight(W),height(H),body mass index(BMI)and nutritional classification of the two groups of children when they were enrolled,6 months after enrollment and 1 year after enrollment.According to related literature research,with reference to the Kidney Disease Quality of Life Summary(KDQOL-SFTM-1.3)and the Universal Core Quality of Life Scale for Children(Peds QL4.0),the quality of life questionnaire was prepared according to the principles of the Chinese Health Status Scale.The quality of life of the two groups of children before and one year after enrollment was scored through questionnaire surveys,and the number of recurrences and serum cortisol levels before and after enrollment were recorded at the same time.Use Office Excel 2013 to enter the data,use SPSS25.0 for data collation and statistical analysis after checking,and further explore the effect of Shenfukang Mixture on the quality of life and growth and development of children with RNS.Results:1.After 6 months of intervention with Shenfukang comprehensive treatment program,the height increase of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;after 1 year of intervention,the results of the comparison of W/A,H/A,BMI index,and height growth were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between W/H groups(P>0.05);2.The comparison of the number of recurrences of nephropathy in the experimental group and the two groups of children before and after the intervention of the Shenfukang comprehensive treatment program was reduced,and the serum cortisol level of the children in the experimental group was significantly increased after enrollment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The total score of quality of life,the score of general physiological condition,the score of psychological condition,the score of social activity relationship and the score of self-cognition of the experimental group and the two groups of children before and after the intervention of the comprehensive treatment plan of Shenfukang were significantly compared difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenfukang comprehensive treatment program can effectively increase the normal recovery rate of W/A and H/A,improve the nutritional status of children with RNS;at the same time,significantly improve the BMI index of children with RNS to the normal range,reduce weight;and significantly increase the risk of RNS.The height increase of the child,improve the growth retardation state;2.Shenfukang comprehensive treatment program significantly reduces the number of relapses in children with RNS,increases serum cortisol levels,and protects adrenal cortex function;and improve the scores of the physical,psychological,social activity relationship and self-knowledge of children with RNS,and improve the overall quality of life of the children. |
