Study On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetes Complicated With Osteoporosis

Purpose: In this study,through searching the relevant literature on the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine,using statistical methods to sort out and analyze the data,to explore the rules of prescription and medication of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and research.Methods: By searching through the related literatures of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang data knowledge service platform and weipu Chinese journal database,and collecting the literatures on the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine from January 2001 to December2020.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the data were imported into Microsoft Excel software to establish a database.The frequency was used to calculate the traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions included in the literature from the aspects of proportion,nature and taste,meridian tropism and classification of drugs.At the same time,using the gephi software to visualize the drug classification.SPSS 23.0 software was used for cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency≥23 to explore the related laws of drugs in the same cluster.Results: A total of 167 literatures were screened out,involving 6 kinds of Chinese patent medicines with frequency≥3 and 15 prescriptions.The most frequent prescription was Bushen Zhuanggu decoction,10 times in total,with a frequency of 5.68%.The most frequent Chinese patent medicine was Jintiange capsule,8 times in total,with a frequency of 4.55%.The result is also involving 150 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1829 times.Among them,18 herbs with frequency≥25 are commonly used in the treatment of this disease.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine was Rehmannia glutinosa,103 times in total,with a frequency of 5.63%.In terms of the proportion,nature and taste and meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequently involved drugs of the proportion were warm drugs(919 times,50.25%);the most frequently involved drugs of nature and taste were sweet drugs(1223 times,41.53%);the most common drugs entering liver meridian(1213 times,27.83%);the most frequently involved drugs of the classification were tonifying deficiency drugs(903 times,49.37%),among which the drugs entering kidney meridian and tonifying yang drugs are the main drugs.According to the cluster analysis,20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency≥23 can be divided into five categories.Conclusion:1.Bushen Zhuanggu decoction is the most frequently used prescription for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis,and Jintiange capsule is the most frequently used Chinese patent medicine.Jintiange capsule is often used in combination with hypoglycemic drugs in clinical practice.The disease was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.2.The core drugs for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis are Rehmannia glutinosa,astragalus,Cornus officinalis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Chinese yam,epimedium and other 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,among which Rehmannia glutinosa is the most frequently used.3.The medicine for diabetes combined with osteoporosis is mainly warm,and its taste is mainly sweet,and its meridian is mainly liver meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.4.The traditional Chinese medicine for diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis is mainly tonic drugs,among which the drugs for entering kidney meridian and tonifying yang are the main ones,followed by the drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.5.Five clustering results are obtained by cluster analysis,Zuogui pill and Sancai Dabu pill are the main prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.On this basis,more drugs are added or subtracted to treat the syndrome of blood stasis and internal heat due to yin deficiency.6.The use of insect medicine is the characteristic medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis,which can activate blood circulation and collaterals and effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients.
