inflammatory cytokines in model rats,reevaluate the intervention effect of Shizhenqing on serum melatonin and inflammatory factors,and finally summarize and explore the relationship between seasonal relevant theoretical basis.2.2 Experimental research2.2.1 Season settingThis experiment uses an artificial simulation box to set the average temperature,humidity and light time in the long summer and autumn of Beijing in 2020.The data of temperature and humidity are from China Meteorological Data Network,and the data of day and night light comes from Tiananmen Square in Changxia and autumn.The average time to raise and lower the flag.2.2.2 Experimental animals and model replicationBuy 40 male SD rats of 180-200g,and feed them separately for 5 days in different environments according to 8 rats/cage.The 5 groups of rats are labeled as the control group,the model group and the low,medium,and high concentration eczema groups.The concentration treatment group is hereinafter referred to as the low concentration group,the medium concentration group,and the high concentration group.Except for the control group,the other groups used a pipette to pipette 100 μL of adinitrochlorobenzene-acetone solution with a concentration of 7%on the rat’s back hair removal site for sensitization.A week later,use a 5%concentration of dinitrochlorobenzene-acetone solution.The photos for recording.②Record the body weight and spleen weight of the rats weighed on the day of the sampling,and calculate the spleen index.③Separate the serum,determine the concentration of MT,IL-2,IL-4,TNF-γ,and IL-31 in the serum by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method,and determine the concentration of MR in the spleen with BCA protein quantification and enzyme-linked immunosorbent method.The remaining serum is stored in a refrigerator at-80℃.2.2.4 Statistical methodsThe data is analyzed and processed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.The data results of each group are expressed group,IFN-γ showed seasonal rhythms of low in summer and high in autumn(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:IL-4 and IL-31 of the Changxia model group were significantly higher than those of the
