Objective:To explore the distribution pattern of the six channels syndrome differentiation and zang-fu syndrome differentiation in patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and to analyze the relationship between the six channels syndrome differentiation and zang-fu syndrome differentiation,so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of dysmenorrhea. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 200 patients and college students who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected.General information, past medical history and complications were investigated.Menstruation, dysmenorrhea, systemic symptoms and tongue and pulse manifestations.Verify all collected data and input it into Excel database. The frequency and frequency of each syndrome in primary dysmenorrhea were calculated.Descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the syndrome differentiation of six channels and zang-fu organs in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Chi-square test was used to analyze whether there were differences in the syndrome differentiation of six channels and zang-fu organs in different groups of patients,so as to obtain the distribution law of the syndrome differentiation of six channels and zang-fu organs in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Results:1.The 200 primary dysmenorrhea patients in this survey were mostly aged between 21 and 30 years old(159 patients, accounting for 79.5%),with an average age of 26 years old.2.The 200 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in this study were divided into 20 syndromes according to the six syndromes differentiation, including 5 single-meridian lesions(95 cases,47.5%),10 two-meridian syndromes(70 cases,35%),and 5 three-meridian syndromes(35 cases,17.5%).Shaoyang disease(34 cases, accounting for 35.8%of patients with single meridian, accounting for 17%of all patients)was the most common syndrome type of single meridian disease.,Taiyin disease(24 cases, accounting for 25.3%of patients with single menstruation, accounting for 12%of all patients); The most common syndromic type was Shaoyang-Taiyin syndrome(17 cases,24.3%of the patients,8.5%of the patients). The most common syndromic type of trichochosis was sun-shao-yang and Tai-yin syndrome(23 cases, accounting for 65.7%of the patients and 11.5%of all the patients).3.There was no correlation between the distribution of syndromes of the six meridians and age, fertility history,BMI,emotional status, dietary preference, inducing factors, dysmenorrhea and pain degree, and pain location, and the difference was not statistically significant.4.The most common syndrome types of zang-fu organs were cold and dampness stagnation(59 cases,29.5%),followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis(52 cases,26%),qi and blood weakness(37 cases,18.5%),dampness-heat stasis(29 cases,14.5%),and liver and kidney deficiency(23 cases,11.5%).5.There was a certain correlation between the syndrome types of primary dysmenorrhea and BMI,emotional status and dysmenorrhea and pain degree(P<0.05);There was no correlation between the distribution of syndromes of zang-fu organs and age, fertility history, diet preference, inducing factors and pain sites.6.Among the syndrome differentiation of primary dysmorrhea and viscera,Taiyin disease was the most common syndrome of cold and dampness stagnation(35 cases,33.3%),Shaoyang disease was the most common syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis(34 cases,42.0%),Shaoyang disease was the most common syndrome of dampness and heat stasis(21 cases,38.9%),and Taiyin disease was the most common syndrome of qi and blood deficiency(17 cases,28.3%).Conclusion:1.Primary dysmenorrhea syndrome differentiation of six meridians is mainly single meridian disease, followed by two meridian disease, three meridian disease is rare;Among them, single meridian diseases are mostly Shaoyang disease and Taiyin disease.Shaoyang and Taiyin combined diseases were common in the two diseases. The common trifecta disease is sun-shaoyang-taiyin syndrome.2.There was no correlation between the distribution of syndromes of six meridians and age, fertility history,BMI,emotional status, dietary preference, inducing factors, dysmenorrhea and pain degree, and pain location.3.The syndrome differentiation of primary dysmorrhea and viscera is mainly cold and dampness stagnation, followed by qi stagnation and blood stasis.4.There was a certain correlation between syndrome differentiation and BMI and emotional status of zang-fu organs.5.The primary dysmorrhea syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis and dampness-heat stasis are mainly seen in Shaoyang disease, while the cold dampness stagnation and qi and blood insufficiency syndrome are mainly seen in Taiyin disease.
