Objective:In this study,Longhu Xingnao Granules was used to treat patients with mild to moderate craniocerebral injury(blood stasis and clear orifice syndrome). The conventional treatment of Western medicine was used as a control to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment, and to preliminarily explore the treatment of Longhu Xingnao Granules. The effectiveness and safety of the disease and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods:Select 2019 years 12 months-2021 years 2 mild to moderate traumatic brain injury during a month in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine neurosurgery hospital(orifices Stagnation Syndrome)patients with 60 patients randomized, controlled method of average There are 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Longhu Xingnao Granules on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The Glasgow coma score(GCS score),TCM syndrome score, serum IL-6 of the two groups were treated before and after treatment,CRP content and other index changes were recorded and statistically analyzed, and the two groups of adverse reactions were recorded at the same time.Results:(1)General information:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the age, gender, injury time and method of the two groups of subjects(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)GCS score:after being treated GCS score were improved, statistically significant(P< 0.05);After treatment,GCS difference scores was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the treatment group before and after treatment GCS The score changes more than the control group.(3)of IL-6,of CRP content:groups of IL-6,of CRP levels were at first after injury.1 day were higher than normal, the 4 days to reach the maximum, the 7 days decreased, the 14 world to a lower level. The difference between the two groups of IL-6 and CRP before and after treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)TCM syndrome score:After treatment, the difference in total TCM syndrome score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome score.Among them, the difference of some single syndrome scores(headache, nausea, change of complexion)in the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P< 0.01).(5)Comprehensive clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group is 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 93.33%.There are significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(6)There were no adverse reactions in the control group and the treatment group. Conclusion:The conventional treatment of western medicine has some curative effect on mild and medium-sized craniocerebral injury(blood stagnation and clear orifice syndrome),but adding Longhu Xingnao granule on the basis of it has better curative effect, which can further improve the GCS score and reduce serum IL-6,The content of CRP,the reduction of TCM syndrome scores, and the absence of adverse reaction cases preliminarily indicate that Longhu Xingnao Granules are safe and effective in treating mild and medium-sized craniocerebral injury(stasis and clearing orifice syndrome),and have clinical application value.
