Application Of Qijin Mixture In Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qijin Mixture combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods: 90 patients with upper ureteral calculi or renal calculi who need ureteroscopic lithotripsy were randomly divided into treatment group1,treatment group 2 and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group 1 was treated with Qijin mixture continuously after operation,the treatment group 2 was treated with Qijin mixture intermittently after operation,and the control group was treated with physical vibration lithotripsy after operation.All patients were reexamined 3 days,1 month and3 months after operation.The TCM syndrome score,residual stone discharge,recent stone recurrence rate,hydronephrosis improvement rate and clinical effective rate were observed.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 can effectively improve TCM syndrome score and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.The treatment group took TCM for one month continuously,which was significantly improved than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in March after operation,indicating that there was no difference in the long-term syndrome score between the two groups.(2)One month after operation,there were no residual stones in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.There were 5 cases of residual stones in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)Three months after operation,there was no stone recurrence in treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,and there were 4cases of new stones in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Three months after operation,the improvement rate of hydronephrosis in treatment group 1 was 79.86±5.72%,that in treatment group 2 was 76.74±8.20%,and that in control group was 65.80±9.79%.There was no significant difference between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).(5)Compared with the control group at the same period,the creatinine level of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2at 1 month and 3 months after operation had significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 can reduce creatinine level and accelerate the recovery of renal function.(6)After 3months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was 100%,and that of control group was 80%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qijin mixture combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy can effectively reduce the rate of residual stones,prevent the recurrence of stones,and promote the recovery of renal function.The effect is significant and there is no obvious adverse reactions.It is worth clinical application and in-depth study.
