Curative Effect Observation Of Hu's Pressing Method In The Treatment Of Degenerative Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hushi pressing method on DLS.Methods: The 48 patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table,Each group had 24 cases.The treatment group was treated with routine massage plus Hu’s pressing method;The control group was treated with routine massage.A course of treatment(once a day),And 20 min,per treatment 5 times per week.Twenty times as a course of treatment,Observe 1 course of treatment).Record the VAS score and JOA score before and after treatment,And contrast and curative effect analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both treatments were effective.After treatment,the treatment group decreased VAS score more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.2.There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that both treatment methods were effective.After treatment,the higher JOA scores were more significant than the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Control group total effective rate 79%,treatment group total effective rate 96%,the two groups,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Hushi pressing method and conventional massage treatment are effective for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,which can eliminate the pain of patients and effectively improve clinical symptoms.2.The curative effect of Hushi pressing method is better than that of conventional massage,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
