Theoretical Research On The Syndrome And Treatment Of Depression Based On Modern Medical Records

Objective:Depression syndrome is the main clinical manifestation of depression,emotional restlessness,chest fullness,flank pain,or irritability and easy to cry,or pharynx such as foreign body obstruction.It is divided into broad sense depression syndrome and narrow sense depression syndrome.The generalized depression syndrome includes the depression caused by external evil and emotion.Narrow sense of depression,only refers to the depressed.This article mainly through the literature research method and the data analysis technique,Starting with the modern medical cases of depression syndrome in narrow sense,this paper probes into the rule of syndrome and treatment of depression syndrome by modern doctors,and makes statistical analysis on the characteristics of prescription medication for modern depression syndrome medical cases.To provide the idea of differentiation and treatment for clinical treatment of depression syndrome and use prescription for reference.Methods:The article is divided into two parts:1.The literature research of Yu syndrome is divided into two aspects: first,to explore the source of Yu syndrome,and to explore the source of Yu syndrome from the perspective of broad sense and narrow sense.Second,modern doctors’ understanding of depression syndrome,found that modern doctors treat common clinical depression,more traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression syndrome.Third,the domestic research progress of depression syndrome is summarized.To explore the current research situation of depression syndrome,explore more research ideas of depression syndrome,through the research found that the study of depression syndrome is roughly classified into the following two categories :1.Experimental study on treatment of depression syndrome.2.treatment of depression syndrome experience summary and statistical analysis of medical records.2.Research on modern medical cases of depression syndrome,By CNKI、VIP、CBM and other database related journals,Literature retrieval according to the following conditions :1.Key words =(depression or Mei nuclear qi or dirty mania or Lily disease or sleepless);2.=(medical case or case or case or case)and Key words=(depression or Mei nuclear qi or dirty mania or Lily disease or sleepless),Search years January 2000 to June 2020,The diagnosis of TCM diseases in the treatment database is clearly related to depression syndrome,visceral irritability and plum nuclear qi and Lily disease as well as sleepless.And according to the inclusion of exclusion criteria,Related articles A total of 187 articles were submitted,225 cases were finally determined,and the data tables were established with Excle to meet the requirements,and then statistical analysis was carried out.Results:Through statistical analysis,it is found that the research on depression syndrome has increased year by year in the past 30 years.Depression syndrome disease age gradually younger,to 18～65 years old age stage,to young,middle-aged women.Most of the causes of depression syndrome are emotional factors,mainly because of emotional discomfort,melancholy,sadness,anger.Evidence,deficiency and solid inclusion syndrome is the most common in depression syndrome.The common syndromes of stagnation syndrome include phlegm qi stagnation,liver qi stagnation,liver qi stagnation,spleen deficiency,yin deficiency and fire,heart and mind loss,gallbladder heat phlegm disturbance,qi stagnation and blood stasis,heart and liver disorder,qi stagnation and fire,liver qi stagnation,phlegm qi mutual knot,liver qi stagnation,heart and liver blood deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,liver qi stagnation.Common symptoms of depression: loss Sleep,chest tightness,good breath,anorexia,upset,throat foreign body feeling,many dreams,depression and other symptoms.Yu syndrome in tongue color,mainly tongue red;tongue coating,mainly fur yellow;pulse,there are monopulse,complex pulse,the most pulse is string,string pulse.Modern doctors in the treatment of depression syndrome,commonly used treatment methods are soothing the liver,regulating qi,resolving phlegm,tranquilizing the mind.The commonly used high frequency prescriptions are Wendan decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Ganmai Dazao decoction,Banxia Houpu decoction,Xiaoyao Powder and other prescriptions.The most high-frequency drugs for the treatment of depression are: Bupleurum,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,Zizyphus jujuba,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica sinensis,Chen Pei,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Albizia,Atractylodes macrocephala and other 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,in which the main to regulate qi,tonifying deficiency,Anshen drugs,among them to the liver,heart,spleen meridian drugs.Commonly used medicine taste for bitter,Xin,Gan.Conclusion:1、Depression syndrome has an increasing trend year by year.2、The tongue coating of Yu syndrome is mainly tongue red fur yellow,The pulse is mainly string.3、Depression syndrome are phlegm-qi stagnation,liver-qi stagnation,liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.4、Yu syndrome commonly used treatment prescriptions are Wendan decoction,Bupleurum Shugan Powder,Ganmai Dazao decoction,the most commonly used Bupleurum,Poria cocos,Pinellia ternata,Zizyphus jujuba,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica sinensis,Chen Pei,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Xiangfu,Albizia,Atractylodes macrocephala and other 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,in which the main to regulate qi,tonifying deficiency,Anshen extensive and flexible,which is the result of the inheritance and development of modern doctors’ thinking on Zhongjing disease differentiation and treatment.
