Clinical Study Of Xintongtai Granules In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Complicated With Depressive Disorder Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xintongtai Granules in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with depression(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods: The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,psychological counseling was added on the basis of standard basic medical treatment of coronary heart disease.The treatment group was treated with Xintongtai granules on the basis of the control group.The symptoms of angina,Zung Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)scores,and TCM syndromes were evaluated before and after treatment.Integral indicators and assessment of liver and kidney function status.Results:1.Angina pectoris: The total effective rate of Xintongtai Granules in the intervention group is 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group treated with conventional western medicine is 60.00%,there is a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Symptoms of TCM: In terms of TCM syndromes,the treatment group and the control group have improved before and after treatment,but the total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 63.33%.The Xintongtai treatment group is more obvious than the control group.Reduce the score of TCM syndromes and improve the clinical symptoms of patients(P<0.05).3.In terms of depression: Compared with the control group,the treatment group has a more significant reduction in points(P<0.05).After Jingxintongtai Granules intervene,the total effective rate of the Xintongtai treatment group is 83.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group is 83.33%.The effective rate was 56.67%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);in terms of liver and kidney function,there was no significant change in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Xintongtai Granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris;2.Xintongtai Granules can effectively relieve the patients’ chest tightness,chest pain,Shan Taixi,insomnia,emotional depression and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms;3.Xintongtai Granules can effectively improve the state of depression in patients without hepatorenal toxicity.
